Pride 2023: Toronto’s LGBTQ2+ community celebrates in Canada’s largest parade

- Massive crowds thronged the streets of Toronto on Sunday to take part in Canada’s largest Pride parade.
Torontonians came out in huge numbers to show their support for the LGBTQ2+ community, which has faced a growing number of threats and witnessed attacks on long-sought rights in recent months.
The contentious climate has prompted Pride event planners to significantly step up security efforts. As a result Pride Toronto said it had spent twice as much money on policing for the event than in 2022.

It's unbelievable, here in Burlington and Oakville Ontario Canada, our shopping malls have huge pride displays. Even going into July they are still there. Burlington Centre, didn't even have a Canada Day display anywhere only the pride display! Unbelievable! I will boycott malls, companies that continue to push this agenda in my face and on our families. Enough is enough.

Nothing stops you from celebrating the people who defended your country for longer. If people wanted to, they could go on "Veteran Respect" marches every week, but they don't. If it bothers you, then maybe take the initiative, like the LGBTQ community did with Pride.

please when you decide to go out and celebrite and make it something mandatory in school remember there is children as will be the futures adult there and they don't have to see you all. I am just wondering why is it just 0.8 % of those who was born before 1946 was LGBT but there is 20% of those who is born betwen 1997 and 2003?. What I am trying to say is why more and more become it, or is it this generations trend? I am 19 years old and we all can go through times that we don't really know who we are or what we want so changing our gender to feel better or more comfy.
