I'm not too wild about the "video" they made, but I do so enjoy listening to this song! I try not to listen to my audio cassette too much, for fear of it getting eaten. Wish they'd rerelease their music on CD. AND NOT FOR the $40+ they're asking for the original release!
@@Hobbes1025 they just put it on itunes on Nov 6th-also there is a New Monkees facebook group page that has all four guys involved..theres a lot of unreleased stuff as well im hoping for a deluxe edition cd..
If the song was put into a movie, or another television show (like Billy Vera's-?- song on FAMILY TIES), I believe it would pick up after all these years.
decay1966 Larry is in the vid but. None of them played on the tracks because they were all done prior to shooting except one. On the record it's either Dann Huff or Mike Slamer.
T Crane Believe me when I tell you, that it is Larry playing the guitar. I was there from the inception of turn it up all the way through it's recording. Mike slammer played some of the guitar parts on corner of My Eye
decay1966 well. Can't argue that. It's too bad that wasn't really made common knowledge at the time. I also remember the show not getting much of a chance and being moved around a lot, time slot wise.. I always liked most of the songs.
The music was just as if not better than what was played on Top 40 radio at the time. They absolutely picked the right guys.

@Hobbes1025 Ive bought their CD at Ukraine (alongside with 80 other). All made in Russia, and I spent on it very little money :)
