*how many rooms were so well hidden that they only reveled themselves once every few centuries and only to the right person who was at the right place at the correct time?*
Now this is something that I usually don’t think about. Honestly I thought there was only the Nimbus 2000, Nimbus 2001, The Firebolt, and the Standard issued broom. Thanks again HP theory for expanding my Wizarding world knowledge!
John Lorton Thanks for the put down, really appreciate it!! And just for future reference If you don’t have anything nice to say please don’t say it. Thank you!
John Lorton Wow you’ve got plenty of time to keep on sending these 😂. Instead of using your time sending these stupid comments get your dumbass out of mommy’s basement and shut the fuck up. And I will put on my helmet and get back to my coloring books thanks for reminding me lmao 😂
Damn i was expecting more stats on the brooms, length, weight, top speed, steering. But i know its not like all that info is anywhere to be found. Great video tho. I liked that you included the year on them.
My favourite broomstick is the nimbus 2000. But I also like the 2001. I think that the sleekness and tight end of the nimbus line make them look more like racing brooms and so make them look fancy.
I can imagine at the international level the team brooms worked like the old F1 teams. Each country developing its own technology and being funded somewhat by its nations government.
Sirius124 oh ok cool thank you, I thought that just had information that was left out of the books, didn’t know it had things to do on the site. Will definitely be checking it out!

@@George_Bland I think the Nimbus 2001 looks like it was made out of plastic rather than fine wood. Its superficial look fits well with Lucius buying them for the entire Slytherin quidditch team to bribe them into giving Draco the seeker spot. The Nimbus 2000 looks like it was made of high quality wood.
Great broom video! Can't believe I'm late.. my favorite broom would be Nimbus 2001, because of the style and colors. The firebolt would be a close 2nd hecause of the speed. What's your favorite broom? Will you be doing a video on how to care for a broom? Or how about what type of wands and how each wand maker differs? Can't wait for the next video ⚡💗. As Always, thank you for the great content! Stay home and stay safe everyone 💓.
*what brooms (if any) were were more easily "tweaked" and then more capable of to achieving truly dangerous and near suicidal speeds when prompted to do so* *would be curious to hear any theories of brooms deemed far too dangerous for students to use but possibly used by those belonging to the Wizarding World Circumnavigation Racing Circuit*
That Bluebottle one had me wondering the entire video how you could have a family broom. I mean, they are basically like flying motorcycles (which is weird, because Hagrid actually has a flying motorcycle), and how can one have a "family" vehicle when it is just one thing to straddle and can barely hold luggage, let alone a family worth of people. Then the Fambus hit the screen...so that's how. Still, though, unless there were some kind of special enchantment, you wouldn't want to take small children on a broom, the same way you shouldn't take small children on a motorcycle. It'd be too easy for them to fall off.
I would imagine the "silver arrow" would be like the classic muscle cars of the 60s and 70s, even though the first models probably came out in the 1800s.
I was hoping after the 2nd wizard war with Voldemort, the wizarding world would have a economic trade boom like after both world wars , like how privatized spending went up like jobs, housing and car production, but in Harry Potter people would start doing that etc but instead of cars but broomsticks being produced more and see different models of them etc
As a racing and Harry Potter fan, I always wonder how is the broomstick racing there. Is there some kind of Formula 1 style racing with special built racing broom, or a GT category with modified commercially available broom, or even endurance broom racing like 24 hours of Le Mans? Maybe there also illegal broom racing which attracts Aurors' attention? Also at 2:15 that's a nice homage to Mercedes-Benz' race cars
I love how the Nimbus 2000 and others have the down swept seating position, a feature us muggles would compare to some modern racing motorcycles. The model names have a very MX bike feel to them as well 🥰

Kind of weird that in the Wizarding world countries like Nigeria exist. You would think that there would be completely different entities than "countries", since countries are supposed to be a muggle made institution. its funny cuz most of Harry's stuff are gifts his owl both of his brooms its so funny cuz if you go through it all almost nothing he buys with his own cash kinda messed up when you see Ron end up with everything being hammy downs like his wand to his dress robes lol what a true friend

Is riding a broom required for quidditch? Can voldemort play just by flying or would he need to ride a broom even if he doesn't need one
