- Santi Elizalde, President and CEO of Roxaco Land and AHG, belongs to the Spanish families that built the first business empires in the country.
Not one to rely on family entitlements, he has charted his own course in building a homegrown hospitality brand.
He candidly shares both business and personal transformations in dealing with the pandemic.
Mr Elizalde is extremely charming. He commanded the interview, even when Ces Drilon got side tracked.

Ces should have follow up questions relevant to what the speaker is sharing. Instead of always cutting the guy with irelevant next questions on her list. Would be better if we can learn more about this guys insights. As this kind of interviews are rare in the philippines.

Snippets: It'll be very nice to see more of that Spanish architectures around the Philippines -- more of villa designed should be a unique addition for PH tastes, and its tourism business attractions. We've seen so much of Asian architectures and very few Spanish infrastructure in and around Manila, but most appropriately in Cebu City. Be blessed, PH. feb2023.
So true been tryingto find accurate spanish inspired villas in Manila for an event and no luck. Everything's modern!!

Property development is useless if the hospitality development is weak or very poor because is not about the building or establishment, at the end of the day the managing factor will gives you profit
Ces not so eloquent speaker, I think Korena is better.
