Very cool playthrough, would love to see more solo voidfall content! Also would be cool to see the monthly solo challenge you mentioned at the end (I was going to suggest it in a comment, but you beat me to it :D)
@tomwright4557 I’ll keep the content coming then! I may do some of the monthly challenges, but the videos would likely be released a month or two later after editing time and general household chaos 🤣

Any chance you have a vid planned breaking down some strategies for this game e.g. discussing a hierarchy of goals or issues to respond to or given a situation how many steps does one need to plan ahead? This is my 1st really heavy game (previously Spirit Island) and have not seen any vids along that line other than ones that make generic comments about just "planning ahead". No worries if not, just putting it out there.

I also came to Voidfall from Spirit Island-you’ll be okay!
Off the top of my head, here’s some quick tips that beginners might overlook:
-Get 4 Agendas in play as early as you can. This is the most significant source of Influence (VP).
-Don’t undervalue the extra benefits granted from advancing your Civilization tracks.
-Perfect is the enemy of the good. Don’t be afraid to occasionally take a Catastrophe token or abandon a sector; it’s probably less trouble than trying to force your turns to solve every Crisis card.
@table_for_one Thanks for these! All the Voidfall content I've been consuming has all been pretty repetitive or covers basically the same ground. Yours & EZ Boardgames solo play throughs are head & shoulders above the rest but now that I've committed to ordering the game, looking for anything that shortens the learning curve at the front end of this game. Thx again for these tips Boss!

Nice work getting everything into frame😂 I am curious to the minimum dimensions of getting all the boards on the table. I play on a table on the smaller side. Would a 3x4 foot space get it done?Great video!
I would guess that 3x4 would do it for a solo game, but I haven’t measured.
The game takes a lot of space, no doubt about it, but in fairness the table I use for recording is countertop-height and there’s a low ceiling, so I can’t get the camera very high above the table and big games look more cramped than they really are. My table is 5x5 and I could play a 4 player game of Voidfall for what that’s worth.

@coreyy3129 okay, you got me curious and I took out a tape measure! 3x4 feet could definitely handle Voidfall solo. You might be able to squeeze 2 players if you put some common supplies on a side table or something. Depends on the scenario you are playing (size of the map is variable).
You'll probably have to have the box on the floor or something while you get everything sorted for setup, but you've got enough room to play once everything is ready.
I play (solo) on a 3’ x 4’ and all the main boards and such fit fine. I keep rules and extra bits on a tv tray next to me.
