👉Thank you for taking the time to make this video for all of us (and for your own memories too, of course). Most people don't realize how much time and effort it takes to create something like this (cameras, mics, batteries, tripods/monopods, editing and splicing video footage, etc.). Much appreciated. It helped me realize that we'd need to devote a full day to visiting there and not just a quick trip, since we enjoy hiking as well. 👍
Saxon Switzerland is wonderful. I have been there for a week in the beginning of the year and it was awesome. Great video of your adventure guys, production is top-notch!
Thank you for sharing the trail route and your impressions! Can't wait to see all this beautiful scenery with my own eyes, as I'm happy to live in Dresden now 😀 BTW, have you come across any waterfalls during the hike?
Thanks for the kind words Ivan! It’s very encouraging to know that our videos helped ☺️ please share how you got on when you do the hike! There is this trail but also so much more in the area. I encourage you to check out our video from the Czech side of the border as that is just as beautiful. To answer your question, we came across the river but no waterfalls.
Glad to hear it helped! We also have a video on a hike just across the border in the Czech part of the national park if you have an extra day to hike 🥾
Your video came in time! We are planning a road trip from Berlin to Krakow. Definitely we will spent a day or two in Bastei! Would you mind to tell me where you stay at Bastei? Thanks in advance! 😊
We were camping, so we stayed in königstein. Did you see our other video for the hike in the Czech part of the national park? If you are there for 2 days it is also worth doing.
There is no camping inside the park, but we camped at Camping Königstein, which is about a 25 minute drive To the parking lot of the national park. There is also a campsite in Rathen, from which you can take a boat across the river and walk right into the park which you may find more convenient. Search “campingplatz” or “zeltwiese” in google maps and you’ll find some options.

Is there any convenient place to camp thanks

How much time do you need for the entire visit?
You can see the highlights in 1 day, but there is much more to the park than just this one hike. I would recommend 2-3 days to see everything.
Great Channel Shlomo's ❤🎉 very much liking it
