Stay an owner operator if you have no other skills…to keep the same revenue you have established for yourself….i did it for 2 years…3 years later I am at the front door to work for a State Prison in Ca. Maintenance/Painter-had painter experience for years..every trade are pros/cons --also California prisons do hire truck drivers 8hour shifts as well. Good luck to you--thx for the video if this prison job dies not gone through…then it will be Trucking once again. 👍🏽👍🏽
Welcome to trucking. Its nothing new. Try traget, drop your trailer in the yard, turn in paperwork to receiving and then you must leave the property and wait for them to call you that unload is done and who cares what your clock looks like. Or the dollar dc's that only let you use a porta potty out in the sun. Your worth nothing. Get used to it

Never heard of any 3 hour law. Your lucky if you get paid for any of it.
That's Kroger for you. Why anybody delivers to there warehouses is beyond me.
Just curious, what law states that a receiver, or shipper, can't legally hold you for more than two hours?
None, no law.
