    Of all the days, Monday might feel the best after a PWR! Moves class! Unless you did one on Sunday, which I personally did not :)
    You may notice a different background today! I filmed from my backyard. Enjoy the greenery and know that there was a hummingbird flying around which might have even been captured on screen at some point! If you are in a chilly place while watching this video you can live vicariously through the sun that was super bright and warm :)
