I always remember some of Lisbeth's laws. Don't be precious with the glue. The smaller the needle you can thread the better it looks. Frayed edges are yummy.

Yes sounds like me. 😊 but it’s only advice not a law. And there is no such thing as the craft police 😉 so all can do what works for them.

I push the needle towards myself too. I don’t know if it’s a thing we learn or a question of how we like to stitch 😉
Intuitive stitching is very satisfying. Most times I stitch intuitively, I stitch as I go. I hardly have a clear image of the finished piece. So I think your intuitive stitching is really, really beautiful. I love the colours and the black looks great with that greenish/yellowish cloth. And I love the wonky circle, because I love everything wonky 😊💚💛🖤💚💛🖤💚💛🖤💚💛🖤
(I love the blow technique to dust off the pieces - I do it too 😂)

We’re the wonky not concerning cleaning ladies 😊 thanks Alexandra. I think it’s so interesting how different we stitch but ends up with the same stitch.

It’s amazing how a whole piece can change with a bit of framing or ‘cropping’. Your piece is beautiful ❤ I always stitch the way you do too … even though I am from the UK. It feels right for me. Thank you for these videos. Always a lot to learn 😘

Very nice piece of work,i have followed your video with the inktense dying and made a little yellow sun ,i was very satisfied with it and will hang it up at christmass time to celebrate the returning of the sun,i still have a little piece of fabric from then,so i can try to do something with it also, you see we learn a lot of your video s😃😀

Lisbeth, make yourself a pincushion stuffed with fine steel wool, for your sharp needles. The steel wool helps keep them sharp if you poke into it a few times. Hope this makes sense to you. Love your fabric collage. 🫶🏻🤗😍❤️🤩

Thank you. It makes sense and I will give it a try. But stitching on heavy papers dulls the needles.

I am not generally a "yellow person" but I do like this. Another option for mounting this little work of art is to sew it onto a larger piece of cloth and then frame that. You don't have to bother with glue the way you do when you use paper.

Very nice collage as always Lisbeth! We are wearing the same nail polish today. Have a great weekend!🍀💖🥰

Thanks, gosh it looks very red on that background. I am not very good at keeping the polish nice, already now I have paint on and scratches. Also a fine weekend to you.

@ me too Lisbeth, it only takes one paint session or dish washing session and it looks like I’ve been digging a hole in the ground. But still…I do love it while it lasts 😃🍀💖

Lisbeth, you made me laugh when you explained how you clean your textile art. I too do that ,it I have found with my allergies, a lint roller works better ! 😂😅🤗

I’m sorry but I cannot find the directions for printing with the color blocks. Could you be specific, in English, to help me?

As I say in the video, look at the video where I demonstrated how I used the Inttense blocks, much easier than to write here. ruclips.net/video/2nrOTSf9-tM/видео.htmlsi=CB_eSSgrkEmwHLb8

    I mean dying, not printing.
