Great Q$A. Thank you Luca. My first Q&A of yours. Though I didn't watch it live, but who cares. And special thanks for answering my questions (despondent being).
Luca, I love using notebooks. I have been using them for over four decades so what you say about their importance in your approach to space repetition resonates with me completely! I use the size that fits in my back pocket. I colour code them and use different brands for different languages. Like you I date each one and they only contain phrases, sentences or passages from readings, films, tv, etc. I have hundreds and love pulling out books from years ago in addition to my 'active' ones for languages I'm currently learning. But we depart on one matter; the physical handwriting of kanji/hanzi. It is not an ancillary skill as you suggest. It is ESSENTIAL. The notebooks don't work without it and you can't deeply internalize and retain a serious vocabulary over the long haul (I've been working in both Japanese and Chinese since the late 1970s!) if you can't physically reproduce characters. If you ever return to these languages, I urge you to try it!
I've been a fan of your content for some years now. This is another great video, thank you for your content and the positivity! Keep it up and good luck!
1:07:02 about videos with other Polyglots: Your videos with linguaEpassione are always great and also I'd really like to see some videos with Vladimir Skultety!
I’d need to take notes 📝 here. I’m having the same struggle with taking Greek to the next level. I’ve also known Italian for many years. I’m fairly fluent not absolutely perfect. I watch the news, Tv programmes and I understand almost 100 percent. When I’ve spoken with Italian tourist and those that live in my city they ask if I’ve lived in Italy 🇮🇹. Unfortunately I’ve never lived there but I’d spent a lot of time utilising the language and on my second trip to Italy, I stayed with a neopolitan family with whom I had to speak Italian daily.
Hey Luca! Please make a stream with Keptins. He has little subscriber but he knows French, English, Portuguese, German and Turkish. He makes his videos commonly in Turkish. And his pronunciation is very good according to me in these languages. He might know more languages but I saw these languages. His videos are usually accent comedy and pronunciation analyses.
For anyone learning German I can recommend these shows: Dark Babylon Berlin Türkisch für Anfänger Weissensee Deutschland 83 ZDF Magazin Royale mit Jan Böhmermann Also the Spiegel TV RUclips channel often has good documentaries! Jan Böhmermann has a lot of funny sketches on RUclips, too.
For me it doesn't matter weather somebody is fake or not as long as you looking for something to learn instead of trying to fight somebody because they're fake or something like that, that's no definition about what is being fluent in a language, let it go friends
@Debunker of Fake Polyglots so why fight them? In my humble opinion if somebody doesn't like they work the solution is just stop watching them and start support other influencers who are doing better than them right?
Mate! I am desperately waiting for you to upload the video on your channel. It will be a favour to every other learner across the globe. May God shower his infinite blessings on you all the time Regards
@@LucaLampariello Someone is gonna get fired! (joking). Anyway, I always enjoy your videos. I even showed one of your video to my mom. She couldn't believe that some people could be this fluent in so many languages.
Ciao Luca , i would like your thoughts on People/RUclipsrs who say that it is possible to learn a language in a 24 h /week / month. I know that it is fake , but a professional opinion is better than mine.
Ciao, Luca! Come trascorrerai le giornate in Polonia? Dove soggiornerai? Come ti invidio, io vorrei tanto tornare a Cracovia e Varsavia, luoghi che mi sono rimasti impressi nel cuore. Mangia pierogi anche per me 🥺

I have never used Duolingo so I honestly don't know, but I have heard countless people say while it is a nice app to play around with it, you are much better off using other language learning resources if you are serious about learning a foreign language
@@LucaLampariello You state that you haven't tried the DUOLINGO app. That's Ok. But you sound critical about this app. Is it because DUOLINGO is free?. You also stated that it is an inferior app, when you haven't tried it. But I agree with you, in order to have a solid knowledge in a language we not just have to rely on apps, and yes we have to use other resources........
@UCyHRscVu8b-I0XzBpCzyL4g Yes I know everything about this product... "by the way thanks for the input" so more people can investigate about DUOLINGO. Dont you think Luis Von Ahn is a genius as Luca Lampariello is in Languages? Now I know why some people are jealous about DUOLINGO... but like every product it is up to you if you want to use it or not.
