Many of the biggest attractions are here, and it’s often packed with sightseers checking off their must-see list. But now it's the home many Migrants that has been coming to NYC in the last 2 years. The arrival of more than one hundred thousand migrants and asylum seekers in New York City and other major U.S. cities over the past year has sparked renewed debate over U.S. immigration policy.

Imagine getting housing ,food ,transportation and medical services for free for two years and being able to work under the table?
That is the only way they will be able to survive. They will all end up being supported until their court date in 5-7 years. They will just keep moving from shelter to shelter especially all the mothers with kids, they won't get a job and they sure won't be able to support the 3 or more kids they brought with them

I remember I interviewed for a job in that block 20 years ago. A non-profit to clean up Grand Central. Men would walk around Grand Central with garbage cans cleaning up. I found the office and there were two guys who were really rude from the start. They were downplaying my experience. I left there pretty frustrated. I got home turned on the TV and after a while there was Grand Central. Then there was that office I just left. Then there was one of those guys that interviewed me. It was crazy. But then not really for NYC. But then I when I listed I learned they were on the news because the weren't paying all those men who were unemployed, or recently out of incarceration and working to clean up Grand Central. They were working without being paid.
