I live in the UK not far from Chester so there's quite a lot of Roman History where I am. It's interesting to walk around and see a peice of Roman achetecture sticking out amongst tower blocks and modern buildings it really provides a link to the distant past its great.

I served on the RN Castle class frigate HMS Portchester Castle 1954/55. This ship used to represent HMS Saltash Castle in the film The Cruel Sea starring Jack Hawkins. The ship's Bell is kept in the local scout Hall.

Roman history is really interesting. You should consider doing an episode on Roman contact with Ireland.

Belgian celts from the seaside of old Belgica sailed to the island of white went north of that are, founded Winchester and did many other stories.
In the pre-celtic past there was a landbridge between the seaside of Belgica and the North-East of France. Pre celtcs walked in from that area while hunthing rendiers. Later came the channel and then 4 other waves of Belgian celts came in. There is about 9 procent is that Belgian Celtic are from Belgica. 3 tribes are important to understand some parts of Belgica: The Atrebates, Morini and some other Belgian Celtic tribes, In old Belgica lived 12 Belgian Celtic tribes, one of the oldest people of Western-Europe. The Netherlands was covered by an ice sheet a long time ago but Ol Belgica was ice free. The very first people before the pre celts in Britain and Belgica were the Neatherthalers.

The suspended walkways are great to keep viewers away and yet close enough to admire the works

Kudos for not describing the Fishbourne site using that universal (not!) standard of measure, the American football field! I've heard whales being described as a third of a football field....really? Ugh!
