      Oh hell nah. That depends on the they class you. Those feds in Florence would disagree with you hard on that. State or Fed really just depends on your classification. State can be extremely sweet, especially minimums. Or you can get a supermax and be locked 23/1 at all times. Some guys that are extremely scared actually prefer that situation cause they don't really have to mingle with inmates. It's like automatic solitary. It's all about perspective

    Question to Coffeezilla, can the recorded interview in question be considered pertinent states evidence? Talk to your lawyer on it and you may want to submit a copy to the prosecutors office?     You need a windscreen on that mike, Coffeetime. My headphones have much more bass response than any other headphone I've owned. Every time you "pop" on the mic, it creates a deep bass "pop" in my hear, like a thud sound.

    This is a symptom of endemic corruption in that community. It’s how criminals exploit the innocent in ethnic communities.
