For those who missed it, the Queen insulted Trump in many beautifully subtle ways which are too clever for him, but evident for others. I will start with the obvious, to the most cutting but overlooked insult: 1. a short tea, no dinner; 2 No relatives! Obama met the royal family maintaining friendship, but the queen did not submit her loved ones to 1 minute with Trump; 3. Her Majesty wore BLUE, the colour of democrats 4. The queen wore a dress she had already worn in public before, while she had always worn something new to meet a president; 5 The occasion she first wore the dress itself is even more significant because Her Majesty wore it to present her preference to stay in Europe during the Brexit campaign; 6The brooch the queen wore was a gift...From President OBAMA!

I saw a survey in the British press that said that 70% disliked Trump. He's not popular - GW Bush was unpopular with Brits, so why would anyone think they suddenly would like Trump? Obama was pretty popular. I'm a dual British-American citizen and when Obama became president, suddenly everyone I met in the UK wanted to shake my hand. Unfortunately, I'm living in the US now, but intend to go back next year. Then I'll have to tell everyone I meet that I didn't vote for the orange clown.

Twat = Cunt, which tends to be censored over here in the states because it's used specifically as a derogatory term towards men and women alike. We don't use it for anything else. It's not even close to a term of endearment here, which makes that sign doubly vicious for us Americans. Oddly enough, there's a less chance of it being censored if it spelled out Vag or Vagina.
