Omnimans left the solar system in only a few minutes while in a cross over with batman, it took spawn a minute to fly across gotham. Omniman obviously takes experience. They are on a similar level of skill and battle IQ. Spawn destroys but he doesn't take everything in fact he gets destroyed in some points
