Why would you put beginners on the treadmill with that pace?! Are you crazy? Diet and steady cardio training. Not running, but swimming, cycling, etc. Maybe even basketball or circuit training to add interval type of training into steady routine. Walking for 40 min in the morning and in the evening. By that treadmill sprint you just torture them!
