Thank you. I just upgraded to the 750X and was putting the old 500 back in its box and there was the VHS tape. I was hoping to find this video on line for the future owner and here it is. The 500 was a reasonably good sharpener for a lot of years - better than anything else I tried. Finicky, things kept moving around and you had to hold them in place and pay attention, but it worked.
My Professional is still working great after many years. The only negative comment I see is it is tough to see the aligning paws in my shop so I need to wear a headband light to align the drill in the paws, The unit would have been much easier to use if an LED was installed in the aligning tube.
