You bring up a great point. The sports are Disney’s product. Fubo is a secondary sales entity. I expect they don’t like to be reminded so loudly that they are expendable.

I expect, in the U.S., for Disney to surprise with the timing for finishing the installation of Hulu into Disney+. My Disney+ account added the Hulu tab on December 6. I think it will be finished in a similar timeframe.
There is one problem here that I just found on the news they just made a first mission to discontinue Disney Movie Club just to let everybody had some Disney Movie Club will be discontinued and you should check when one it's going to happen pretty soon

I'll stay with the Disney+ and Hulu streaming services and it'll including classic movies from Disney, 20th Century Fox, Touchstone Pictures, Fox Searchlight Pictures and Hollywood Pictures... I'll stay away from Physical Media for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment to distribute Disney movies.
Sony makes better physical releases then disney does in general anyway..
If they redo a big release film like end game for example or lion king, expect some good stuff to come with it.

There is no reason for Abbott Elementary, Not Dead yet shouldn't be available on D+ around the world, it make zero sense for us to wait till it all drops at same time.
Not seeing the Disney dvd logo will be weird.
That is actually an interesting question though, will it still be branded as Disney dvd or Dianey Blu Ray even though it’s Sony, I say this because you go to a grocery store in any given isle you look at all these options but it’s all like two companies. It’s called the illusion of choice and it often is bad for prices, and I worry that that’s gonna be the case with this.

I think Fubo’s lawsuit is odd. Understandable. But, Mr. Iger has talked about it for years. There was no sort of preemptive lawsuit from Fubo.

Even with this new that Sony will be Disney’s new distributor, this doesn’t mean it’ll happen in Australia because universal and Sony no longer release their own movies on DVD and blu-ray anymore. They’re outsourcing it through a third party distributor now.

I can’t say I’m surprised about the limited releases for March 2024. Disney is definitely cutting back for sure. If it wasn’t clear before, it’s very much clear now.
One can only hope that it has a positive effect in the long run.

I love hard copies, I cant stand the moving away from that streaming wont be there always, they cant remove and add and censor at whim, also ofc physical nesia isnt dping well at all, the studios have completley cut out the window, dtuff srrives on streaming now even before it leaves theatres!

On the sports lawsuit wow Disney fox and WBD all realised Live streaming sports is the future and that their content is better together this will happen eventually if it’s not this service in a few years something will come along and take its place cable will not die but act like what radio is in the audio space right now
Also for the Sony deal when do you think Disney+ will be getting more of their projects? They haven't added anything outside of the Spider-Man universe.

But Roger when do you think the new Lilo and Stitch live-action remake will come out? My guess is it’ll be by the end of this year or early next year. We know it’ll be releasing on Disney+ and it probably would’ve already come out by now if it wasn’t for all the strikes that happened last year. I’m interested to know your thoughts overall.
My second youngest brother told me that the live/action remake of Lilo & Stich would come out in 2026. Was whoever my brother read that from just guessing?

The Fact that Fubo dosent even carry Turner Channels and if they were to lose more channels like HGTV Channels could spell doom for them eithere way i dont use fubo anymore because they dont have tnt anymore so if this new service arivvves i will try it out however i wonder if it will have Multy view like youtube tv or like Fubo but also what does this Mean For MLB Network and there rest of those sports networks

What does that mean will be the SONY logo on future released discs for Disney films and so? how strange they getting more and more lame really outsourcing the personnel that works for The Disney+ did they even having staff in every country were they are or who puts it on the platforms how does that working and who decides what is putted on it in different countries.
Would be interesting to know such things since it is often lame how much is missed or who decided to put so much away and what and why (mostly cost cutting but insane since classic content to remove as now after few months of celebrating 100 yrs oh starting to give a damn and put so many stuff away that was also important for those 100 yrs. only because people not watching it to much and to often oohh therefore put it away people don´t deserve to see classic Disney wasting the spaces with new crap stuff that is even less Disney and less related but okay wasting it some will watch mentality).
Sorry but lately they have nutty decisions will there even be the Disney Logo on it when Sony does it for them or will both Company Logos be on the Disc to confuse people with such wild crazy new approach.
Yeah if Sony put the regular Blu Ray Version of Mandalorian S1+S2 for more recent prices cuz not everyone needs or care for 4K since those TV´s not everyone can afford to have. Since they having the regular Versions on those Set it is ridiculous not to sell the Blu Ray only versions for cheaper money as well greedy Mouse Company Greed.
Sorry but sometimes they make it hard to love them I still do but it is nuts all kind of things get more expensive but the quality and the respect for their fans gets lower and less carrying more and more it feels and seems.
Nobody needed that Sports insaness Disney wasn´t into Sports around Walt so it is nutty that more likely Bob Iger forcing his aspire on those rather to seek a worthy new Leader before he left rather pushing his wild agendas but he obvious forgotten like his wild NBA Experience that things sinks to the ground most people don´t care for SPORTS that much in Context with Disney wasting so much Money on those assets rather to spend it were it belongs into better movie scripts directing story telling and the Parks that kept them alive.
But better getting Discs than not but it is kinda lame not wanting to do it themselves anymore. Poor Disney too busy...with what that would be a good question, we can only hope they will finally bringing back good materials that People even want to buy from strange Sony Destributions works doing their Jobs for them to even sell enough copies.
So Sony give me the regular Blu Rays from Mando S1+S2, Loki S1+S2 and so on for reasonable prices rather than the almost useless wannabe 4K that only pretty few people even would could need. For that Deal they should give The MCU Spider films back to Disney+ since it is bonkers to put them on first only to remove them again before even the third could have come hope after stupidly Netflix had his 18 months nonsense they will be up fastly on Disney+ were they belongs and Universal should give them Finally the incredible HUlk with norton as well to make the MCU films complete.
