      You can use any hook and any yarn you want. It’s all based on your how wide and how long you want it. Place the tape measure on your side and then meausre to the middle of your back. That’s how long your width should be for your chain

    • @KrissD.
      @KrissD. 3 года назад

      @@PamelasAdoringCrochet
      Ok so we are measuring the width of one of panels from side to side to middle of back? Not the length of the panel of how long it would be like example length to knees.. not doing that here is that right? Just the width from side of hips to around the middle of back to make two panels?
      😜😍

    • @sabrinahewick1224
      @sabrinahewick1224 2 года назад +1

      I believe its a 6mm hook..and yes I was also confused about the middle of the back to front...I think if we are doing two front panels...then the back is one big piece? is that how it's supposed to be? the two front panels are about 10 and half inches and the back could be like 74 stitches..which should give us about 42 or 43 inches...I hope this is right according to my calculation...I have just started working on this...so far the front panel is turning out great!!

    • @PamelasAdoringCrochet

  • @sabrinahewick1224
    @sabrinahewick1224 2 года назад

    I am really confused now...I thought we were working on the front panel and yu did 70 rows and then folded it for the shoulders...which would make it so short...I thought the 70 rows was the front only? I am going to have to goose my work...how long did the 70 rows measure?

  • @krazymammaw3040
    @krazymammaw3040 3 года назад +1

    I am curious I don't like the gap the chain 3 makes for a dbc so I always only chain 2 or I chain one and turn and start in first chain will this mess up the pattern

    • @PamelasAdoringCrochet
      @PamelasAdoringCrochet  3 года назад

      Yes it will. You will have work out how many chains you need for that. If you work about 4 rows of the repeat pattern with the CH3 and put it up to your body I think you will be surprised at how nice it will be for this summer. To be able to wear it in 100 degree temps you need something really airy.
