I have been searching for a video that explains why it works when I use as a key to feel my left shoulder blade pulling back through impact. This is a new feel for me and I am striping it. Thanks for letting me know I am on the right track.
Great video! This helps tremendously. For me it removed the slack in the kenetic chain creating wonderful stability. Is it correct to say this is also complemented with the same feeling with the left hip externally rotating through impact which helps create pressure verses slack in the chain?
One of your best drills Tyler, my old high school golf coach used this drill but he wanted me to try to get the right shoulder to try to touch the left shoulder for us rightly players! I used to stall and smother the ball and hook the crap out of it! I Definitely felt muscle’s I never felt before, warm up is very important! I like your presentations of your videos short and focused on one drill, its easier for us Amateurs to process!🇨🇦 Shovelling that white stuff today -22c , put this one in my Fav list!
Great advice Ty winter is tough this year a lot of places including gyms and sims are closed. Had my best year last year because of you thank you for that. Looking to build on that got a putting mirror and may get the orange whip just to keep some tempo.
Great video Tyler. Your videos are really valuable because you are covering things in the golf swing that no one else is talking about. The left side stretch and movement through the golf ball. By the way, I love the Vault Performance app.
Tyler, thanks for all the effort to demystify the swing! Would it be a good strategy to feel like swinging to the right and then 'flipping' the face by moving the shoulder as explained?

Happy to help. I remember those shoveling days! Thanks for watching.
Thanks, Tyler. I found this helpful in refining my understanding of the movement of the left shoulder through impact.
Great to hear!!! Happy it helped!
I feel like you are reading my mind on what I need to work on with each video. Great content. Thanks Tyler
That is awesome! Thanks.
Great video Tyler. I have also noticed that it also helps in preventing me from being too steep. It seems foolproof for me anyway. Gold.
Thanks. Yes definitely away to help make it more shallow.
Another great video! Cam and I hope to be back soon for lessons. Ski season is more than halfway done and then golf season begins!
Thanks! Looking forward to connecting soon.

What is your typical miss?
@@tylermcghiegolf Hi Tyler , usually a hook or snap
Great Tip!!!
Thanks
Oh, oh ,oh thats a goood tip🤔
Thanks. Do you use this same move with driver or are there some differences?
Similar idea some small differences because of the tee and where the body position is. The club typically has to be more behind the player.
