I think the underlying cause of my anxiety is I know deep down that it's hard for me to keep up with my classmates during our class because I work full-time during daytime as I'm government employee and will not have the time privilege to prepare for our classes. I also feel like I'm not intelligent enough to compete with my classmates. I even breathing heavy now. Lol. Any words of encouragement guys?🙁

Couldn't agree more with the handwriting. When my dad was in law school, he had a classmate who had an exceptional handwriting. Yung tipong unang tingin pa lang, mukhang tama na daw yung sagot (I suspect he meant calligraphy handwriting here). Come bar exams, his classmate placed 6th! Yung tatay rin ng roommate ko, di daw makapasa-pasa sa bar dahil sobrang pangit ng sulat-kamay. I'm not saying it's the end all and be all, but looking at both situations, I think it's worth considering. And now for my questions. I've been practicing to write in cursive for months now, but I keep going back to script since I'm really more comfortable with it. Should I really train myself to write in cursive? Also, macoconsider niyo po ba talagang good investment ang fountain pen for law school?
I wrote script for law school and the bar. Now, I'm a lawyer. You must find your OWN style of writing. Fountain pen, well depends if it will agree with your writing hand. So, try out a cheap entry level pen like a Pilot Metropilitan M of F,or Platinum Preppy M or F, Etc.
Hello, Sir. Until now, I am torn between making my own handwritten notes and computerized notes. Some say that writing them down increases memory retention. But then, as a working law student, it's just hard to carry on with that. Meanwhile, others claim that typing your notes is faster and more efficient. Personally, which of the two have you done and worked for you during law school?
If you can practice your hand writing on a daily basis then it wont matter which among the two you choose. I'm old school. I wrote my notes down on my codals. Short notes like "relate to Art xx", or "see case of xxx"

Start by getting used to carefully reading a lot of textbooks. Setup a noting system na mabilis mong ma recall. Then get to know yourself and how to manage your stress.

Or okay lang po kahit na hindi word for word ung pagme-memorize mo, as long as naiintindihan mo lang siya, and you can explain it, okay lang po ba iyon?
Hi, good day and thank you for the comment. Need mo MUNA intindihin kung ano sinasabi ng provisions. THEN, doon muna i-memorize word for word. Pero piliin mo lang yung mga pinaka frequently asked at important na provisions. Iilan lang naman yun kada subject. Kung nag cram ka, memorize mo lang yung KEY WORDS na kelangan mo to answer the questions. Pero sub-optimal yun.

Kelangan po ba maalam ka sa ingles/vocabulary, I mean kahit simple yet understandable sentences okay na? Ano po yung kadalasan tinatanong sa mga examinations? Ilan po yung mga mahahalagang subjects for law student? Ano po ba i e-expect namin sa mga examination? Ano po yung mahahalaga or yung highlight experiences mo po during first to last school year? I'm still considering to be a law student. Hindi kasi ako masyadong na-orient because none of my family members don't have this type of job. Sana maka tulong yung mga napapanood ko habang nasa Senior High School palang ako.
Nagbabalak pa lang po akong mag law school after college. Tingin niyo pa kaya ko naman masurvive if wala akong masyado pang skills sa pagsasalita ng fluent English?
Hindi mo naman kelangan na super fluent ka sa English. Basta kaya mo BASIC English kana ok na yun. However, the more fluent you are the better naman din for law school.

Depende po school. Pero tatoo ok kahit madami pero required kang itago as a rule. Piercings kung sa tenga at dila ok lang. Pero depende pa din sa school. Most likely ipapatangal sayo pag "excessive" na.
How to answer bar exam questions at ok na ba na simple engish construction lang or yung english na pang supreme court decisions ang plastado? Saan ba naiimpress ang examiner?

Wala pong prelaw na course. Lahat ng undergrad degree ay prelaw basta at least 4 years. Suggest ko, brush up on your Logic, and AT LEAST basic English.

Hi, welcome to the channel. You can use any ballpen, sign pen, or fountain pen. In my experience, mas masarap pansulat fountain pen. However, iba kamay mo. Mag experiment ka kung alin mas ok for YOU. Consider mo din if you could write with it for long periods straight. Thank you for the comment.
Suggest ko aralin mo lang mabuti mga law subjects mo sa pre-law. Like constitution. Also, wag ka muna bumili ng kahit ano. Maluluma kasi yan as time pass. Borrow nalang sa library.

Sa kasong acts of lasciviousness,.paano po kung hnd dumating sa arraignment ang complainant,at kung hnd dumating ang dapat n testigo ng complainant..salamat po.
Pwede ka mag pa provisional dismissal or pwede ding failure to prosecute kung laging wala ang complainant at witness niya. Ask mo nalang abugado mo sa kaso para clear saiyo.

Fountain pen, well depends if it will agree with your writing hand. So, try out a cheap entry level pen like a Pilot Metropilitan M of F,or Platinum Preppy M or F, Etc.

Hello, Sir. Until now, I am torn between making my own handwritten notes and computerized notes. Some say that writing them down increases memory retention. But then, as a working law student, it's just hard to carry on with that. Meanwhile, others claim that typing your notes is faster and more efficient.
Personally, which of the two have you done and worked for you during law school?
If you can practice your hand writing on a daily basis then it wont matter which among the two you choose.
I'm old school. I wrote my notes down on my codals. Short notes like "relate to Art xx", or "see case of xxx"

Need mo MUNA intindihin kung ano sinasabi ng provisions. THEN, doon muna i-memorize word for word. Pero piliin mo lang yung mga pinaka frequently asked at important na provisions. Iilan lang naman yun kada subject.
Kung nag cram ka, memorize mo lang yung KEY WORDS na kelangan mo to answer the questions. Pero sub-optimal yun.

Hindi mo naman kelangan na super fluent ka sa English. Basta kaya mo BASIC English kana ok na yun. However, the more fluent you are the better naman din for law school.

You can use any ballpen, sign pen, or fountain pen. In my experience, mas masarap pansulat fountain pen.
However, iba kamay mo. Mag experiment ka kung alin mas ok for YOU. Consider mo din if you could write with it for long periods straight.

Hindi po lahat. Kung alin lang need mo palitan kasi madaming talagang amendments.

Kung civil law subject mo, civil code na codal ang gagamitin mo. Kung criminal law, revised penal code na codal.
Yung binibigay ng prof eh yung commentary na gusto niyang gamitin for the class.

Sa kasong acts of lasciviousness,.paano po kung hnd dumating sa arraignment ang complainant,at kung hnd dumating ang dapat n testigo ng complainant..salamat po.
Pwede ka mag pa provisional dismissal or pwede ding failure to prosecute kung laging wala ang complainant at witness niya.
Ask mo nalang abugado mo sa kaso para clear saiyo.
