I have a colleague who is so disciplined I admire him, he does no sugar no carbs, sugar is sugar so dont be lied that using honey or any other is safe. On training a child, you have done so well and congratulations to Darren for the discipline, I too am a mum of one, she is now 15 years trained her the same, we have never had a househelp in our lives, we thank God, training a child is very good.
For me it's the opposite, when i take tea with sugar i feel nauseated and i keep spitting and sweating,i have taken sugarless for more than ten years,sukari ilinikataa 😢
