Not long sold mine, i bought it for around £800 with 240k miles on it, run it for 4 years, and absolutely loved it 3 litre diesel. Its gone to an enthusiastic owner so i am happy.
Nice cars. All of the M57 Inline 6 diesels are great from the 2.5 to the 3.0 and 3.0 Twin Turbo in the E60 535d.
My Dad had an early 525tds Touring and it was a great car. Ironically, I saw your car for sale on eBay (I think) but I was looking for a petrol as I’ll need to stray into ULEZ occasionally… it sounds like you’ve got a good car with a great spec.
That car is stunning. BMW straight 6s are beautiful. Its on my bucket list to own an e39 one day. Enjoy it mate 😊
I’ve always loved these too and I’m considering one to replace my S80 purely because of the practicality. I also love the rear levelling suspension

That is very good for the price tbh. I bought a 528i Sport with 140k miles a few months ago for £3200 and that needed about £1200 spending on it immediately so you've done good 😂
Hi mate, if you can buy a 4th gen mitsubishi montero 2007+, they are extremely popular especially in Australia and the region and is having lot of aftermarket support probably the 3rd best after Land Cruser, Defender and next is the Pajero/Montero.
Better car than the Volvo, heavier build. I have a Volvo S60 II and also a BMW 3 series compact, they're totally different.
I reckon you paid £5k for it, if it didn't need any work doing. In Ireland that would cost £8k if you could find one with low miles.
Import from Japan (no salt = no rust) is around $3k (dollars)
