Regine is the fairest of the singers in the Philippines. The way Ovela descrbes Regine's vocal power proves it. No one else comes close to that power. Regine might lose her sky-rocketing notes, but she still has a lot of bullets to throw off. She is the Philippines' most wonderful vocal chord ever produced, complete package, the most beautiful singer ever in the PH. Filipinos are very perfectionist when it comes to physical aspect and one of the hardest audience to please, so please believe that Regine is the only one, hahaha! The only singer in the Philippines visited by other artists to collaborate a concert with or an album. She is Asia's pride.

Your observations M-Angel are fun! Love them! But truth be told, Regine is a very down to earth person. She loves to joke around and loves to laugh. There's a term here "Babaeng Bakla" or in English "A lady with the antics of a gay guy." One of the many reason many gay people love her!
Also, Regine is really known for her very powerful lungs. Her voice projection is really outstanding. There can be 8 to 10 other singers singing a chorus with Regine but you can still hear her voice. it's really singled out.
Regina's prime still unparalleled. But Morissette really is an amazing singer.
In their rehearsal video you can see that Regine is telling Morrie to go higher so Regine won't look like upstaging the concert. Regine is so humble even if she is already a queen.

M-angel! Listen, there are a lot of videos of regine singing with other people when she was just starting out, and babe her voice was already powerful, even stronger compared to now. That’s why there was a joke around professional male singers during regine’s younger years that they were frightened to sing a duet with her because she was just that powerful. Regine overpowers them. If you can look up regine’s a deeper love performance you can see how powerful her vocals can get. And that’s just one of them! And please, if regine was shady towards mori she wouldn’t have come and would not say the amazing things she said to mori. She’d let the concert pass by like it was nothing, but no! She was there to support a NEW queen. And even if regine was ever dominant towards any other artist, its because she earned it. She’s the queen of the philippine music industry! All these new artists were influenced by her. They are continuing regine’s legacy! Learn.

And what’s with the 26th song thingy? 😂 Regine always ends her concert or concert series with a powerful finale 😂 even in R30, the finale “What Kind of Fool Iam” is her 35th song in a two consecutive night concert where she sang around 70 songs! 😂 the perf ask earned her more than 60secs standing ovation. And Regine is 47 not 17 where she can rehearse and sing 8hrs a day 😂
Morisette is not even as busy as Regine’s then and now. So pls Enough with the excuses! Lets call it what it is! Because at the end of the day no matter how these singers performed here, they will still be judged based on their last performance. Theres always a room for improvement and commitment to excellence must be a policy for all singers to achieve vocal and career longevity.
Voice is not really what keeps regine afloat! Its the attitude! She keeps challenging herself even if she’s experiencing acid reflux. And shes NOT afraid to make mistake or falter or admit the changes in her voice. Because if she will deny or will not accept that then she will probably not do anything to keep her voice competitive.

Ovela and M-Angel before that duet, Morissette done 25 prod and that is not easy if you know what kind of prod or performance she does 😊 And it's very clear that Morissette not gives her all, to outshine Ms Regine in their duet. Because that is Morissette type of an artist and also as person, she always show some respect, and always give the moment to her co artist in the stage. But when she is the only one on stage even if she sick, she gives her all, even if the stage is not huge and the crowd is not big. If you remember when she perform in Korea, that is a huge stage and she SLAYYY ! it by her own. That is "WORLD CLASS" Perfromance she set the bar high in that performance, for now, no Filipino or foreign artist can surpass that live by her own 😊

The amazing thing about the fact that she has been in the industry for 30 years at the top is that she doesn’t look it. She still looks very young and beautiful for her age. I always believed she was in her late thirties at the oldest knowing she has been singing for years and a very well known idol.

There’s NO PROBLEM WITH MORISETTE’S microphone come on! 🙄 😂 i was here and those who also watch their concerts live can attest that Regine’s voice is naturally powerful and loud 😂 MGNs right here Regine’s voice strikes like its hitting you in the face thats why shes a consistent recipient of standing ovations. The energy in Regines voice is really hard to achieve 😛😂 this is the most applauded part of the show! People were standing when regine appeared and the cheers lasted for more than 30secs.

Regine is Mori's Idol. She's her inspiration in singing. Today, Regine's voice has changed lot due to her age and long yrs of belting, she reigns supreme in Philippine music from 80's, 90's, 2000 until today, she's loved by the Filipinos. Even she will retire, she will be forever known. But if you will watch regine's prime era, 90's and 2000.. even morissette will no match to her lung power and belting prowess..
