DirecTv error code 775 FIX

Hey guys, so I am a contractor. I install multiple services, including Orby, DirecTv and Viasat. This is just a video that shows a bit about what you might have wrong with your system. The work order for this customer said it was a 775 error code on the tv. It was actually a 771 which means that your dish isnt comunicating with the satellite in the sky. that's not your box to put DirecTV wires in it's the cable companies should of separated them but good job neat work to align the dish you used 99 101 and 110 is it a or b
