    Word of advice. When you are stopped at a light try and stay in 1st unless you are actually doing something and need to be in neutral. If a car comes up behind you and doesn’t notice you or simply isn’t paying attention, being in 1st will allow you to get out of there before you get hit. I made that mistake and got hit from behind my 3rd day riding. Tried to move but was in neutral so I couldn’t react fast enough. Also never assume anyone can see you. Congrats on graduating. Idk you, but I’m proud of you. Keep it up 🫡

    • @MotoTSJ
      @MotoTSJ  3 месяца назад +1

      I was in the same boat. I was looking at those 3 options, I went with the Ninja 500 because of the price, the dealers near me wanted an outrageous price for the r3, and they didn’t have the color scheme I wanted. Plus the insurance price was cheaper with the N500 than the R3. R3 is more sportier as the handle bars are much lower compared to the clip on handle bars for the N500. Either of the 3 bikes will be a great choice! Thanks for watching!

    Have you noticed any vibrations in the handlebars/footpegs/seat at 70+ mph, and/or at lower gears and/or above 6k rpm? I've read such things on reviews, but some say it's not that bad (unlike on the 650 where it's unbearable). I ask because I will be doing a lot of riding on the highway and 6k rpm 75 mph is the sweet spot for cruising ... However if it's only in gear 1-3 then maybe I can tolerate it while passing cars. Otherwise if it's buzzy and vibey I'm afraid my hands will go numb after an hour and it will be a bad tourer.

      Yes, anyone can demo the bikes at cota during motogp. Cfmoto, kawasaki, suzuki, yamaha, and even aprilia let you ride a v4. All you need is a helmet and gloves. I had demo the gsx8r and I love it.

      This motorcycle has a wet clutch so it won't burn up by holding the clutch lever in. It's good to hold the clutch in when you're stopped and check your mirrors. This allows you to take off quickly from a stop if somebody comes up behind you quickly. If you're neutral, you won't have time to put it in first and will get slammed into.
