That is totally understandable especially as young as Edward is. That would be alot for anyone to digest. My mom always says God doesn't give you more than you can handle. You guys are great parents and have a great support system. If you ever feel overwhelmed know you have us behind you as well and keep praying. You can handle this. How exciting! My nephew and his wife had 2 children and decided to have a third to complete their family. They ended up having triplets and just as the family and friends were wrapping up the celebrations they were pregnant again. Their plans were to have one more and they got four. They had their plans and God had his.😊
I had a friend that had twins. Wanted one more and twins again. And they were about a year apart. Newly weds to 4 toddlers within a few years!
My SIL had one a girl and they decided ok let try for one more and it ended up twins a boy and a girl, Dad was fixed before they were born 😂
Our daughter had a son then 1 yr and 3 days later she had a little girl.
Everything you are feeling is completely normal!! You are young, you're both great parents, you got this!! The closer together your babies are, the better friends they'll be. Cole, after this baby comes...STAY away from Nave 😂😂😂❤

I honestly love all the prayers said in the video. God loves your family heart & soul. My husband was the one who wanted to look at the pregnancy test first when I was pregnant with our 2nd baby. He told me follow the instructions, take the test, set it on the counter, wash your hands & quickly walk out of the bathroom. 5 mins later he went in the bathroom. I honestly don't know what his reaction was when he looked at the test. He told me to stay in the living room. When he came back into the living room. He got down on his knees, cupped his hands against my belly. He said, "Hello! in there this is your father!" That's how I found out I was pregnant with baby #2.❤ The sweetest Congratulations to your family!
I had two children 13 months apart... it was a very busy time of my life.. but they both grew up as good friends.. Just breath.... it will be ok... remember God is the best planner.
God is the best planner has to be the most ridiculous thing I've read in a while. This pregnancy happened because two young ignorant people didn't know you could get pregnant so soon after having a child. There is no sky daddy pulling the strings upstairs or who has a plan that our lives follow. Be RATIONAL for a minute here.
My fathers Mother(Grandma) had 9 children with the oldest being 10 and the youngest was newborn. She basically was pregnant everyday for 11 years.
Hi Nava, this is Mrs. Rick talking. We adopted our first baby when I was 40 - she was 5 wks. old. Her baby sister came 13 months later, so I had 2 under 14 months old. It was almost easier, I think, because I just went on autopilot from one baby to the next. I had all the baby stuff and I knew what to do. Our older daughter lost custody of her kids 26 years later, and at the age of 65, I - and hubby, of course - were handed a 5 mo. old and a barely 2 yr. old. Six months later the next baby was born, so I had a newborn, a 10 month old, and a two and a half year old. One baby started sleeping through the night TWO WEEKS before the next baby was born. So now there were more months of not enough sleep. I remember 2 a.m. feedings where I woke up in a kitchen chair to the sound of the baby bottle hitting the floor. And those nights, I sat and prayed for the daughter and the kids, while I fed the latest little member of the family. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, and believe me, I didn't ask for it. But I wouldn't trade one single minute of any of those kids and grandkids. So, what am I telling you? You're just having the normal new-pregnancy panic. It'll pass. Every pregnancy is different and I imagine a whole lot of people are praying for you, that you'll breeze through this new pregnancy. And it will amaze you how much more love you have in your soul for TWO little blessings, and your sweet husband. He's a good man and a good dad, darlin'. Count your blessings. God's still in charge. And it's all good.
You are right, My first and second were 16 months apart, then ten years later I had my third and boy was that difficult after a long break from what seemed much easier... ie: raising two together.

You two will be fine. God blessed me with 2 boys that were 12 months and 2 weeks apart. It was tough but so worth it. They grew up like twins and now they are best friends.

This same thing happened to my mom. My sister was 3 months old when my mom found out she was pregnant with me. But the really awesome thing is that my sister and I have been really close and like best friends for the past 65 years. Edward is so adorable! Your children are blessed to have you as parents.
My mom had 5 girls back to back. She said it gets easier to manage raising the family, it's all about trusting God and organization. Dad was in the Navy, when he was home he helped a lot. Stop speaking trouble into your life Nava

I had 4 girls 2 years apart
Hneiva is just working it out verbally. She's allowed to have her feelings and time to wrap her mind around all the emotions and logistics.
My first born was 7 months old when I found out I was pregnant again. I cried so much and didn't tell anyone except my husband for two weeks. I was so ashamed, shocked and emotional. Fast forward 28 years and it was one of the greatest things to happen to us. It was almost like having twins but you get used to it very quickly and for us it was super easy. The oldest walked at 9 months, potty trained at a year and a half so of course the youngest wanted to be like the oldest all the time and followed suit. Walked at 9 months potty trained ( wanted to be like big brother) by a year. The oldest helped with everything! The only draw back we had was because the oldest always knew what the baby sister wanted, she didn't start talking as quickly because she could grunt and big brother knew what she wanted 😂. Didn't last long though, she was determined to be heard. 😅 multi stroller was a must!! Enjoy your growing family. So happy for you.
There's 19 months between my 2, and they get on well, the cutest thing was when my older one came to the hospital, the baby was laying on the bed infront of me, older baby saw me and came running up to the bed, saw the baby and he climbed up onto the bed and lay next to her on his tummy looking at her, giving her little kisses, makes me wonder where that little boy has gone now that he is almost 18!! ❤
Old guy here, I remember when this happened to us. I cried too. CONGRATS! My boys are grown now. My 4th grandchild was born this past weekend. 2 boys 2 girls. Praise GOD.

My dad and his brother are 11 months apart. My sister and I are 11 months apart. Such amazing and unique relationships because of the closeness in age. Just remember they are individuals ❤️🙏🏻

I was pregnant 4 months after giving birth to my son, my son and daughter are 1 year and 21 days apart. When they were little people would think they were twins, lol. You double everything to make your life easier, changed diapers, same bath, change clothes, meal times, etc. I potty trained them at the same time, when my son was 3 and daughter was 2. Went to the park most everyday, had fun and learned by exploring. They are now 21 and 20 years old and I wouldn't change a thing. They are a blessing in my life and I'm very proud of them and I thank God for making me their mom.

I had all my children this close together (except the last one had a longer gap.) I have NEVER EVER been sorry that I had them when I was young. Also, they are all close, entertained each other, and they were all such little helpers with the new babies. I didn't find it harder to have more than one at all. Don't worry, you will love all of them. On my 2nd, I had the same concerns as you, but there was plenty of LOVE in me to cover all of them! God is good in preparing us that way if we trust him and keep praying.
My prayer for y’all is that Nave is not as sick this time. And of course a healthy baby.

My aunt had her last two kids 10.5 months apart. The funny thing is I didn’t realize this until like 10 years ago or so. I asked her if she and my uncle drew the curtain in the hospital room to have another baby that quickly!!! God bless you all, it will be wonderful!
You two are YOUNG and you can do this! If I had done it when I had my daughter at 39, I would have told my husband, NO! Had too many complications after having her. It was hard enough to keep up with my daughter when she was a bit older. So enjoy that time, fix a lot of frozen homemade meals that Cole and Edward can eat. Congratulations!!!!!!

Yes Doctors do say that you are supposed to wait 6 weeks‼️‼️‼️. AT LEAST ‼️‼️You body needs time to heal.
@@cindyzelmer9228 WTH! Who SAID he was the instigator? Of course not! They BOTH made the decisions to have sex but doctors are not always RIGHT about everything. Some women heal faster than others so things "happen" for a reason. We don't always listen to our doctors or follow their instructions to a "T". For thousands of years, women had children, one every year, with no ill effects (sure it was harder but they made the best of it!).Hey, if they are having fun, wanting children quickly, who are we to say they should plan better? SMH.

My siblings and I are 3 months apart and there are 6 of us starting from 1960-65. My mother and father wanted a larger family, and they got it. You can handle this and more. You have a great family and support system. Enjoy this time of your life. It will go by faster than you can imagine. Embrace the good times and embrace the suck.

I watch other RUclipsrs that got pregnant about 5 months after their baby was born. Abby cried when she found and Matt had to console her too. Her parents moved in with them because they lived further away and they have helped out a lot. But you guys are going to be fine and do great. You have a lot of family around you that have your back.

I had a similar experience but it was 6 weeks after a loss. I wasn’t feeling healthy and physically prepared for it. I cried.

Nave, as the mom of 7 children I want to also tell you to give yourself grace for not wanting to be pregnant so soon just because it's too soon for you. ...not only because Edward is still so young. No offense to Cole, who I see as a fine husband and a fantastic Dad, but he doesn't have to carry that baby ...again. You've probably worked through all this already but if these emotions rise up again...give yourself grace. And don't let ANYONE make you feel anything but ok with those feelings. You're human, hon. My sister and I are 11 months and 22 days apart in age. For 9 days every year we are the same age. It is the best gift ever! In December it will be our 60th year of celebrating our 9 days.

Everything is going to be OK!! Don't worry one moment about what it's going to be like having 2 babies. This one will come and y'all will make a new normal with 2 children within a few weeks. Don't wish these days away, they are the Greatest days of your lives. Days will be busy but Happy. Time passes so fast. I have 2 children 15 mo apart. It was so much work and no sleep for 4 years. Going through school it was easy because they went through the same things. You can do it! We are loving watching you destruction and soon the renovations of your house.

Congratulations. I totally get your reaction. I had rough pregnancies and even thinking about being pregnant made me cry. I was only sick for five months with my second and it wasn't as bad during the day but it did affect me caring for my baby. Rally the family and ask for help when you need it. It's all totally worth it. Having babies close in age is awesome. God knows what He's doing, it may feel like its too soon but it will end up the perfect timing.

So happy for you! My boys are 14 months apart and it scared me to death when I found out I was pregnant with the second one. I slightly freaked out but the Lord has been with us all the way and while it was a wild ride especially the first few years it has been totally awesome! They are 24 and 25 now! Crazy! It’s a teensy bit like having twins. Praying for so much peace and joy and strength for you both!

My 2 sons are 1 year and 6 days apart. Many parents have raised and will continue to raise children so close in age. There are parents that have children even closer together in age. You both will be fine.

I’m so excited for you three! I was right about where you are 2 times! My first two were 14 months apart and then 10 years later, my 2nd two were 13 months apart. You’ve got this girl! It was not as hard as you might think. I remember both of my older of the set of two babies was able to understand what a diaper was and would bring me diapers. It was so sweet. The hardest part was keeping my 13 month old from taking my new born babies pacifier. Lol. You all will be in my prayers! I hope you are not as sick this pregnancy. But, take it day by day and just thank God he has blessed you with the ability to have babies. 😊 Maybe twins? If not, another boy. 😊
