@@samuelandaudrey Lamb is the best. I'll be sure to try that in Patagonia. As for the trout, this is how I like to prepare my trout. It's pretty simple, but it tastes really good (plus it's healthy). Take the trout fillet, spice it up first with garlic powder, fresh black pepper and cayenne pepper. Then smother the fillet with fresh dill (completely cover it with herbs). Then bake it in the oven. After you take it out of the oven and serve it, then completely douse it with lemon juice (be generous).

Thanks Brendan! We do at this point but it took a while to build up. We used to teach English in South Korea. The best tip I can give is to create multiple income steams. RUclips channels, blogs, freelancing, affiliate sells, projects. It all adds up over time to turn it into a business.
If you r into craft beer, next time you are in Lima check out Barranco beer company it's a bar that specializes im craft beer I've never been to it but I've heard good things about it
