I know this is an old recipe, but here goes. The noodles I used were yellow. I don't recall the name brand. I got it from Wally's, I seriously asked Filipino worker if this was for pancit? Anyways, thank you for all your recipes and techniques. Its great to see young people pass on what they learned from their elders.

bouillon! so that's what gives this dish that instant-ramen note. oyster sauce already has enough MSG in it--can i make this without bouillon, or is bouillon a signature flavor of pancit bihon?
