- Best viewed in 60 fps (only available on HTML5 player). I'm player 1 and Mark is player 2. This was played using a 60fps code, which you can find below. Cheats to unlock everything were used instead of a save from a memory card. Not every stage was played in a single session.

I bet you that this game will sell well if they remastered the game for modern consoles (Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X, PC) and add in extra content like more monsters, (especially bringing back Curtis, purple Myukus, and Harley) new cities, better controls and online co-op. I’d also love to see Universal Tour get the Doom and Duke Nukem on Switch treatment with them adding in online co-op as well, and new content updated in at a regular basis. That game could probably bring in all of the content of Through Time without any of the terrible unremovable AI and mini games, and it shouldn’t be hard for them to make more levels and monsters to the roster since all they would need to do is make more sprites and give them each a special ability. And they wouldn’t have to worry about porting the arcade original and World Tour because those games are included on Total Destruction. All they would need to add is to give both games the option of which three monsters could be placed in the player slots. Price Total Destruction at around 20 bucks max, and price Universal Tour at 10 bucks max, and boom, they’d sell like hot cakes! It would be great publicity for any potential interest on newer future Rampage games as well.

One of my complaints about this is that you can't really destroy any landmarks. You can't bring down the Willis/Sears Tower in Chicago, Big Ben in London, Crysler Building in New York, or Disneyworld in LA.
but, you do bring down the sears tower in chicago, you do break big ben in london
and you take down the empire state building in New york!

I'm pretty sure I checked out the Wii version years ago and didn't get it working at 60fps. The thing is, I checked it out so little that I'm not very confident I didn't just overlook something. Maybe I can take a look at it sometime next week.
