Ocean water is probably the best thing everyone can bathe in because the high salt concentration kills a lot of bacteria. It's even good for the hair. Nobody should swallow it, but it's also very effective to gargle in the mouth to kill bacteria that causes tooth decay & gum disease & can be used to treat canker sores in the mouth. In a situation like this, it's the best way to also prevent the bacteria from growing because the salts remain on the skin too.

Ocean water is probably the best thing everyone can bathe in because the high salt concentration kills a lot of bacteria. It's even good for the hair.
