I have parachute pants - similar style in olive also with cargo pockets and drawstring at ankles. I find them super comfortable and love having pockets! I style more like my daughters would - with black athletic shoes or white Supergas depending on colors I wear on top, and wearing a slimmer profile on top like a black long-sleeve turtleneck really works with the wider pants. Cute with a light puffer vest. We joke they are "loud" as all the fabric makes a wrinkly sound (scares my kitties!). Thanks for all the new suggestions. You are so sweet and helpful!

I had a bubble skirt when I was a senior in HS! Back in 1988. 😊It was a navy and cream houndstooth skirt with a matching cropped lady jacket that I always wore closed. I loved it! That bubble skirt was soooo fun. Too bad I didn’t keep it!

I'm not a fan of boatnecks, they're not flattering on my narrow shoulders and long neck, and my bra straps have a tendency to show. Not really loving the parachute pants. 🤷♀️ Nice haul, overall! ❤

I have to thank you for these videos. I have the SPANX air essentials set but wanted one in black. My finances have changed so the spanx set is out of my budget right now. I ordered the scoop brand from WalMart in the cargo pants and 1/2 zip and love it! At 5’9” it’s also long enough for me 😊. I haven’t shopped at Walmart in years and am impressed at their latest styles/quality.
I appreciate your presentation but have sewn for decades and was appalled to see a pleated skirt for $7.98. I know it's easy to sew a skirt but someone is out there making it and I wonder who that is and what they are paid.
I’ve also seen for decades but 1) machines are doing the work easier and faster than ever before and 2) a finely made garment is still quite different from the average garments sold at ANY retailer regardless of price. This difference has decreased even more within the past few decades and even materials have degraded so much, nevermind labor and skill.
They are made on an assembly line you get paid hourly not by garment, of course the faster you sew you get a bonus I use to work at a garment manufacture company. And different companies put they're name it them it can be the same garment but sold with different named companies so it can be a $50 garment at one place and lower at Wal-Mart or other stores, unless you get designer brands.
Blouse 13 is sooooooooo cute and exactly the style/shape and fit I ❤And iIm in ❤ with the loafers in that color. As far as the parachute pants - I think they are a keep. The poofy mini skirt is perfect for me 😂😂😂
Where is it warm now? Hawaii! At least 80 degrees with cooler nights. The bad thing is, I don’t get to wear sweaters, blazers, boots, and cozy night clothing unless I am traveling. Love your videos and appreciate how you bring different price points for everyone. ❤
