KG & Elementary STEM Career Day

On Thursday, October 31st, the KG & Elementary Departments celebrated STEM Career Day! STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. The students dressed in their favorite STEM Career costumes. There were lots of little doctors, veterinarians, engineers, pilots, astronauts, fashion designers, bankers and scientists! During the assembly, students participated in a fun “game show” skit. In the classrooms, teachers and students discussed STEM careers and the many different people who work in these jobs every day. the Elementary Department was filled with fun activities for our students and teachers. Our newly elected School Council and all teachers, took the opportunity to keep the students busy with STEM activities, both in the classroom and courtyard. Students had the opportunity to learn new things from our school nurses, accountants, dean, principals, catering staff and IT Specialists amongst others.
