Only reason I left was because it got too expensive to live there and the city was so dangerous (stepped on multiple meth needles, bullet shot through my apartment wall, poop smeared on the Trader Joe's, stollen car parts, break-in's at my work at a school). I miss pre-2019 Portland so much
“Goonies” is still a fave childhood magical movie of mine and obviously “Twilight.” The woods and those autumn colors are just beautiful in the movie…it’s the child imagination in many of us.
Ahaha as an Oregonian this was funny to watch in some parts, cannon beach has always just been a normal beach I never really thought about the rocks lol. Oregon does have a decent amount of film locations though!

I would definitely recommend visiting Astoria Oregon next time you take a trip PNW! Astoria is where a lot of the Goonies was filmed and the Free Willy movies. It’s a beautiful town!
