I was watching ur video and along with I was solving the problems too.. What I found is , in question from gate 2007 the correct answer is 103950 option B not 111150
Read the question carefully. The information related to dilapidated DU is provided to confuse. In your calculation you have subtracted those DUs from total DUs. Further, they have mentioned 'Housing Need' and not 'Housing Demand'.
