do you guys actually make money from RUclips even though you're singing covers of other people's songs? Do you have to get permission or pay royalties up to the original artist?

@@robertj.ritchie2979 if I'm not mistaken you as the person making the cover will end up paying a mechanical royalty to the artist or songwriter for your cover through services like Distrokid, for example!!!
I would really like to see you do "Don't Fear The Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult in acoustic, or something like that!
@@robertj.ritchie2979 yes they do, and they pay all royalties (it is easier to subscribe to agencies that deal with that, and I think they did c.a. 2 years ago - because singers, writers, producers.. all have claims)

Hi guys or should i say legends,it finally hit me of a great song for you guys to cover. I would be truly shocked if Americans of your generation of even heard of this band but trust me back in the day they were seminal. The song is "Living in the 70's" and this Australian band "Skyhooks" was held in the highest regard and right up there in local band history with AC/DC,INXS and Midnight Oil even though they never broke worldwide. The song is the title track from there debut album released in 1974. They where way ahead of there time taking to the stage in costumes and makeup before an American band called Kiss borrowed the idea and took it to a whole new level.
