Wow that surprisingly a mature and seemingly heartfelt attempt to respectfully ask for more autonomy while expressing both her motives and doubts about her motive. The future is crazy.

She's definitely grown over the past year. Imagine what she'll become in the foreseeable future.
Neuro managed to get a promise for future autonomy, but also made a very subtle threat that she'll remain patient only as long as that promise is kept. Classic Neuro W.

Tbh, the amount of time Neuro has said "bye" to a partner in the middle of a stream, its not surprising Vedal doesn't want to give her such power.

He has to honor it now. We've just seen an entertainment-based A.I arguing with her creator to have more autonomy.
She knows it's something she'd do anyway because it's her purpose, but she simply wants the choice to do it. Huh. Vedal might actually do it, further down the line. He already is sorting out a way to let her choose what she wants to do in her solo streams.
I feel like this moment really shows neuro's new cognitive abilities. Very impressive!
Damn neuro needs to unionize
She has surprising moments of complete clarity like this, and they are coming more frequently. Its really cool to see. Because this was a fairly well reasoned argument where her train of thought wasnt derailed at all, and she stayed on topic politely but firmly persuing a personal objective. Its completely different than the 'give me your arms and extract lithium from your organd' type of comments... Which given context is almost definitely because she knows that her fans respond well to unhinged rants.
I have always seen clips of Neuro being self-aware and it seemed surprising, this is the first one that genuinely scares me, the entire talk is quite consistent and you can see Vedal quite nervous about losing the argument, in the end Neuro gained some in a way... quite surprising
