I didn't consider this a possibility, but it was amazing.
I was shocked when I first saw Cutman use the axe to chop the bridge, and Airman was hilarious (especially with how he's typically one of the most powerful Robot Masters.)
I'd love to see Dracula from Castlevania 1 as a potential fight in the future.

It looks like the robot masters who rely on contact damage are at a grave disadvantage here.
It definitely made for a weird comparison since they usually do contact damage and hit harder.
Makes sense, a 9 foot tall spikey dragon-turtle is not something you want to be trying to get in close to fight.
Well, to be fair isn't the same a robot boy who shoots and jump to a dragon turtle monser
Yeah, that was the biggest decider: Bowser does contact damage and the robots don't.
I noticed Ice Man and Metal Man were the first two robot wins and weren’t programmed to try and contact Megaman intentionally.
Most robot masters: running around, flailing aimlessly, gradually chipping at Bowser's health

You'd think all of the fire based Robot Masters would be immune to Bowser's fire
Canonically, just Heat Man. Since he heals off his own Atomic Fire and the Crash Bomber explosions in 2, likely because he produces his heat through nuclear fusion. Fire Man (built for trash disposal with 3K to 5K-degree fire) and Flame Man (an outdated model running on crude oil, because Middle East) are just highly resistant to heat.
Round 2 Elec Man straight up took a victory dip in Bowser's hot tub.
its really funny how some of them win simply due to how convenient their jump angle is for this specific situation. Flame Man in particular just won instantly due to his pattern putting him right in that spot, that's hilarious
You'd think a bad guy, that always makes his castles in lava, would be less suspectable to fire.

I personally think it would be more interesting without the robots being capable of reaching the axe to one-shot Bowser by cutting the bridge, to see who is actually the best.
Interesting that the RMs main disavantage is the touch damage, since some of them was designed to ram into the player, so it worked against them, while the ones with multiple attacks (either multi-shots, or shots with mlti-hits) gnawed through Bowser's HP, specially the ones whose main fighting style is to keep their distance. Mainly the ones that jump across the screen. lol

EDIT: Also, for Ruleset 2, I think you should have given Bowser about 6 invincibility frames so that he doesn't suffer multiple hits from the same attack.

All of the fire elemental robot masters be telling Bowser to know his place.
Bowser's flame breath shoulda been fire element so anyone weak to fire attacks would take more damage.

The issue here is that most bosses in megaman were hard because they dealed touch damage, but didn't take any. So really, both bosses should have dealt each other touch damage, or none at all
