I realize I have a food addiction which needs addressing! I loss one pound. My name is Regina. I am 59 years old and currently disabled. I need to lose another 35 pounds in order to get much needed knee surgery! I had weight loss surgery March 19th, which has helped me lose a total 31 pounds so far. It was the best decision of my life.
