The lawsuit will be laughed out of the courtroom since there's no basis for it. He's probably hoping the advertisers will give up and resume advertising to avoid the hassle.
I feel SO sorry for that boxer. She knows she's not conventionally "pretty". And people are so cruel and think nothing about the affects of their words. Especially other women who should know what it feels like. I'm not "pretty" either. But I like to think that my actions and my character are more important. Shame on those people who don't look further than the surface.
It's even more weird because growing up watching the Olympics in the '80s and '90s my memory might be mistaken, but the only time we saw women like wear makeup or have quote" traditional figures was in gymnastics and figure skating. All the women and all the other sports just looked either like women. You just see on the street in your neighborhood or were really bulky because they had to do things like throw heavy shock puts and pull out through an enemy team. And I don't remember anyone in the United States questioning how these women looked. They were just pumped to that. They were winning medals for America. So it's even more confusing now cuz it's like I lived in what you could see retroactively as a bygone conservative era and this is the thing they want to go back to yet no one had any problems with it in that era. So what's going on!?
I mean the controversy is she was literally banned from another competition for having XY chromosomes. She never appealed that decision and has never taken her own test to disprove them.
Being XY chromosomed wouldn't even disqualify her from the Olympics.
It's even sadder that women are attacking her.
That bogus "test" was administered by the Russians ( the arbiters of honor & honesty) after she beat a Russian boxer. The Russian tactics were discredited, surprise surprise.
She is who she is- she is a beautiful human- n has used her talent. We are not judges but other untalented humans if we are putting her (this human) DOWN!

What's funny about that story is that RFK Jr recorded and released the video to "stay ahead" of the story. He genuinely thought "the press is really going to spin this to make me look bad, I better record my own telling to make sure the record is kept straight "
What he didn't account for was the fact that, as the saying goes, truth is often stranger than fiction.

The Olympic committee maintains she’s female, but the international boxing association banned her from competing because of, supposedly, testosterone levels and possibly chromosomes. Anyone can look at her and see she clearly has male body proportions and size, so this is likely the case. if she has male testosterone levels, then she has an unfair physical advantage in the ring.

Assuming that NY law allows road killed bears to be tagged and taken home, as claimed, RFK’s story leaves out the part where he called the NY state police, let them survey the scene of the accident to determine that the bear had been killed by a car (not poached), gave him permission to take the carcass and TAGGED the bear. If the bear had been legally tagged, there would have been no mystery when it was found in Central Park. Is there a statute of limitations on charging someone with the illegal possession of a bear carcass in NY? Littering in Central Park?
Yeah, but why is this potential deviation from the law any worse than Walz's DUI? And both events happened more than a decade ago.
