Eh, for PvE it's fine if you know what you're doing. It only becomes a problem in PvP, where you either have Weapon/Strength mains spamming M1 and abilities like no tomorrow, or Mages biting chunks out of your Health bar per blast spell.
As for me, warrior is one of the strongest builds for pvp in the presence of good items. I have an average hp (1215), but at the same time I deal 280+ damage on average with one fast cd skill.
I'm running a good Frozen based build, but it's not Sailor Fist Ice like you'd expect. I actually run Sailor Fist Snow, which has the same damage and procs Frozen, but it also has a blinding effect that makes it stupid strong.
I have met some mage players who don’t complain, and they were actually pretty chill! They didn’t have too much fame either but they said they have been taking private storage and attacking every ship (I find the second story more believable) and they were pretty nice, MOST of them…
With full power set the paladin build is really good since you get good health, and more than high enough dmg since full power set basically gives you 100+ power which means 100+ magic dmg
Paladin with snow is actually bonkers if you setup properly since each charge debuffs yourself and you can basically heal everything back forever and cheese bosses by just tanking with blocking
Didn’t really research builds and ended up with a ash conjurer bc I thought it was cool so honestly if you just do what you think is cool you usually end up with something good
ah yes, "class stereotypes" video that isn't even about stereotypes for most of them and it just this guy giving his opinions on the build, mostly just hating on all of them. On top of that, bro doesn't even understand the concept of playing for fun rather than to be powerful. "why warrior or berserker" 1. Warrior is OP, 2. someone likes the build and finds it fun, that's reason enough. there's only a few of these that were actual stereotypes as a full mage who has yet to obtain a pulsar spell scroll, the mage one is 100% accurate.
After making a Mage build i felt like it was shit as u were limited to powers, for this reason im starting to love savant. As long as you know how to parry and dodge u will be able to damage a lot ur oponents by using every single power the game gives you acess to with diferent weapons of blunt, cut, guns, little bit of Magic, strenght. And u basically have acess to very good combos as long u know how to use diferent weapons.
The thing I do is I base my builds and magic types around the personality of the characters I've already written (or how I played on them in WoM) and then just hate whatever I pick but refuse to change it. I am a storyline nerd who keeps the loredoc open 24/7 so this is to be expected.
I will be honest, I am a Paladin mostly cause I just like lots of hp, idc if it’s cool or not, and I like magic too. It may be trash right now, but when spirit weapons get added I hope this class sees some more use. (I totally didn’t accidentally invest into hp and magic the most until I was lvl 100 and couldn’t undo it)
On a side note, i have a conjurer now (after the Easter update) because it’s a lot more fun to use than a mage and looks cooler too, maybe I’ll revisit mage and paladin when new content gets added
3:52 I am one of the Berserker Brothers, and the reason I play Berserker is because the high attack speed setups paired with thermo fist are hilarious. I am a weeb as-well who's favorite is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and my current character looks like Dio Brando, (Arcadio Fernando)
Savant mains are going it for the long term investment, when they get their 2nd awakening its boutta be crazy and radiator since you havent read the trello 2nd awakening for savant will allow them to be a warlock, warlord and conjurer (imbuing magic and fighting styles into weapons, and magic into fighting styles)
Bro I went into this game completely blind only being a world of magic player for about a month, and once I got to max level I have the most scuffed and conflicting stats and I messed up my awakening so badly because of it now I do as much damage as a wet pool noodle
Why berserker? Because with your awakening move and thermo and or iron leg you end up doing around 145-175 damage on your basic crash with no embodiment. With thermo your m1 dps goes really high and with the right gear can get you over 1k dps
I use a Savant stat build; 42 Vitality, 124 Magic, 42 Strength & 42 Weapons. I'll admit it was my first slot but it honestly works really well in the end and I say that despite using Conjurer and Warlock stat builds on my other slots.
@@exalimusic i do 250 damage with every move i use so idk what people are talking about when they say its not good and when i use claws i do 400 with the dps move
I think you are wrong about warrior cuz I have a full warrior build and it does insane dmg, and a good combination of weapons with good aoe too as well as winning a lot in pvp.
i accidentally went savant for half of my first playthrough because i thought strength also increased weapon damage, once i finished the first fighting style quest i realized it was just for fists
A max intensity build gives you 1000 hp with defensive aura, you can get as tanky as a warden going mage. This comment was made by a intensity enjoyer.
Ye i was bout to say this like its super underrated its definitely the best pve class cause u can just stand still and kill pretty much anything with ease other than king calvus
I see a lot of people complaining about Calvus in this comment section. IMO, if you have level 90 iron armor and a level 70 Vermillion bracelet (Iris drop), you are prepared to fight Calvus if you are willing to fight him until you have enough skill to beat him. Just block or parry anything too difficult to dodge and attack him ASAP when he charges his pillar explosion so it does less damage and has less size (which makes it easier to dodge, especially if you dash IMMEDIATELY after your attack hits.) Also, it’s easier to fight Calvus if you avoid his close range attacks.
I know this is your opinion video but i fought some berserker and they were doing like 300 per skill and those skills are fast I ended up bringing them to the arena and we fought, but you know I’m a mage build and I love to spam Q and beam but seriously I just play it cause i like it
My only complaint about this game is how much of a lag it causes whenever I blast my attacks or when my enemy blast theirs. I couldn't even combo when every single move I do is gonna cost me -21fps.
exactly my 3050 cries for mercy when theres 8 of us at silverhold using magic imbued mountain wind simultaneously (those 8 being me and a bunch of others from my clan)
Then there's the me savant player: Thought you needed to get the fighting style to finish fighting style quests so got boxing, thought it killed the drip so is now dumping 150 points into str to get a new style to remove them John Bloodborne build is going well so far, managed to beat Argos solo
I like the way you think on berserker I see so many people with this build and my only question is why would you ever go full strength that’s basically the same as going full vitality seems pretty useless
6:07 thats exactly what i want, to be different, i dont want to play meta and dominate the server, i just want to have fun using my own gimmick take Bee Swarm Simulator for example, there the most 'meta' way to get currency is to have a blue hive made of blue bees only, because for some reason white and red are trash, i dont do that there, i have a bee of every color and every 'type/species' so that everyone is different and not the same, its my own decision, and im glad i can choose that decision, because being the same is boring no matter how much you get to rule the world with it being the same with everyone is boring, thats why some people choose to be Savant build while its clearly not fleshed out yet and still needs a rework, they just want to have fun thank you for coming to my ted talk, and have a nice day!
Tbh personally I feel like conjured is meta but your build has a big effect on your gameplay if you have bad armour and accessories you won’t probably make it far.
Paladin: 1. A light paladin in the navy brining down justice on criminals 2. Funny slow magic user like metal earth crystal or magma where you want more health to tank warlock etc
berserker fighting bosses is literally so painful, low level bosses become way more challenging since your only high range move is unlocked at 120 strength, meaning that the entirety of the lord elius boss battle is being ran away from and being hit by huge aoes it requires a chunk of gear to pick up pace, finally becoming pretty nice at level 125 with some power would not recommend trying to kill bosses without lots and lots of practice beforehand
i miss the pure destruction you could do in world of magic i remember going pure villian cus it was so much fun popping into the newspaper {insert city name here} has just been destroyed by {insert character name here} everytime and i still find arcane oddysy fun even though they took that out
I come 9 months late to give my insights as a main file Paladin after i saw your video and i said "yeah- i want that" Magics i went with: Metal / Magma (kinda connected to your magic stereotype video but hell the combo has been a godsend for this build) Stats: 150 magic and 100 Vit Reflex Dodge: Vitality exclusive one (50% dmg resistance during the dodge) Current possible max HP: 4.1k with aura Armor: Argos set + def necklace/amulet It has been a blast just being a tanky menace in each situation and the magma + metal has been a really good way to keep DMG rolling. most people see how much HP you have and either say "fuck this" or their ego feels challenged. Most of the time you'll just outlast their damage with the bleeding or melting from Metal/Magma It does have its shortcomings being weak against the Agility meta thats going on rn but other than that, it has been a blast Met a lot of people who were just stunned i could live their most powerful combos With the recent release of the roadmap for this year, when Spirit weapons come... We. Shall. Rise. anyways love ya videos, bye
as a mage, i dont attack people unless they attack me, and i only use my blast or pulsar when im grinding sealed chests from pirate ships, because im grinding for arcanium cannons.
I'm a paladin, because I used to be a full tank in world of magic, and i wanted to be able to be the best "leader" in a team (being the one telling who do what etc...) And being a tank make me able to take the attention of the boss/player if my allies are low health. And my magic stat make me do some damage, and make me able to win a fight alone. So paladin stereotypes, for me at least, are just player who want to be as useful as they can for other
Theres 3 types of Conjurers 1. cant aim attacks 2. Can aim attacks 3. That one guy who uses magic leap-dodge reflex-ranged attack combo who is like a freaking speedster
savant is either underpowered (too weak to get any 'real good' benefits from spending stats equally) or jack of all trades (getting SOME of all the buffs so youre prepared for almost every enemy)
Personally, i only chose warlock because its the only mage build i could think of that wasnt mage or conjurer. I later found out crystal warlock is somewhat practical.
I picked berserker cause it was my first time playing the game and I didn't really know what i was doing, i decided to keep it because it gives a unique feel to the game and though I may not be able to do pvp due to it being god awful, I still find it fun
While playing on my first save, my friend constantly went "don't go savant it sucks" and so just to spite them I went savant, awakened and then with 100 S - 100 W to disguise as a warlock too, i'm waiting for him to still find out I'm actually a savant with my extra vitality and weapon points, I enjoy being able to use wood + fire now.
Paladins, at least to me, seem to be more PvE type players. They are able to tank more hits from bosses and rival npcs, if you only do npc bounty hunting like me. It can make up for having a magic type that is generally weaker, such as my light magic, and allows players to get out of a sticky situation if one of the PvP players comes along. It's not strong whatsoever as of right now, but it can come in handy in some situations such as in an ambush.
Since i really like weapons, i spended half of points into weapon stat, and because im not that good at pvp, i spended another half of points into vitality, so i ended up with knight. Must be honest, weapons sucks for now, they dont have that much damage and have small AoE at most, but i really happy with that build.
I came into the game without playing the others either. I also thought strength was the damage you did to others so I thought I could balance it out with vitality. In the end, I became a savant with balanced stats in all of my points, now just realizing what a mistake I made lol. Every person that has battled me has won except that one mage. Trying to combo with stuff while attacking midair is hard since the weapons have a cooldown before the attacks are usable (no good aoe attack with my build. Most of them are just fast with a tight hit box)
only reason for paladin, likes the prospect of using spirit weapons and lost/ancient magic in the future (assuming game makes it that far in development)
As a berserker and speak from my respective view, dev really need to buff my class skill size, it is unfair that the other classes have the same damage with bigger size
ik this is satire but warrior isn't *THAT* bad of a build. its awakening gives 33% attack size to every weapon in the game. combine that with already easy-to-hit moves and you've basically got a(n admittedly) braindead build. srsly tho, the size of flash strike is HUGE and, with atk size buffs (abt 100-ish pts), can cover the entire height and width of king calvus' arena
Made a balanced Poison/Iron Leg Warlock because I wanted to beat people up inside poison clouds. Didn't find out about Metas until I got waffle-stomped by Ellius.
If a mage registers all the possible spells on the magic including pulsar, trust me they will only spam explosion, pulsar, blast and use mode only once a battle

I quite enjoy warlock for some of the more obscure things you can do with it. I'm currently running sailor fist ash magic and it works quite well.
W
It's also for funny duke build
I am running minos prime light moonlight.
I'm running a good Frozen based build, but it's not Sailor Fist Ice like you'd expect. I actually run Sailor Fist Snow, which has the same damage and procs Frozen, but it also has a blinding effect that makes it stupid strong.
@@dascreeb5205I hope you named one of your moves as Judgement, lol
I have met some mage players who don’t complain, and they were actually pretty chill! They didn’t have too much fame either but they said they have been taking private storage and attacking every ship (I find the second story more believable) and they were pretty nice, MOST of them…
I swear if I run into the mage stereotype that is on this video I am hunting them down then shaming them
skull emoji
With full power set the paladin build is really good since you get good health, and more than high enough dmg since full power set basically gives you 100+ power which means 100+ magic dmg
Paladin with snow is actually bonkers if you setup properly since each charge debuffs yourself and you can basically heal everything back forever and cheese bosses by just tanking with blocking
"Do you want access to the presidents big red button??"
Yes. I do want a nuke. Why do you think I'm using explosion?
Didn’t really research builds and ended up with a ash conjurer bc I thought it was cool so honestly if you just do what you think is cool you usually end up with something good

ah yes, "class stereotypes" video that isn't even about stereotypes for most of them and it just this guy giving his opinions on the build, mostly just hating on all of them. On top of that, bro doesn't even understand the concept of playing for fun rather than to be powerful.
"why warrior or berserker" 1. Warrior is OP, 2. someone likes the build and finds it fun, that's reason enough.
there's only a few of these that were actual stereotypes
as a full mage who has yet to obtain a pulsar spell scroll, the mage one is 100% accurate.
bro hasnt watched soundsmith 😭😭😭
Apparently the pulsar scroll is VERY valuable. One guy is willing to give me any weapon I want and 2 unobtainable items for that.
not only that, berserker is actually cracked
As a knight main that is underwait you are true about all other knights

After making a Mage build i felt like it was shit as u were limited to powers, for this reason im starting to love savant. As long as you know how to parry and dodge u will be able to damage a lot ur oponents by using every single power the game gives you acess to with diferent weapons of blunt, cut, guns, little bit of Magic, strenght. And u basically have acess to very good combos as long u know how to use diferent weapons.
The thing I do is I base my builds and magic types around the personality of the characters I've already written (or how I played on them in WoM) and then just hate whatever I pick but refuse to change it. I am a storyline nerd who keeps the loredoc open 24/7 so this is to be expected.
wow
@@lordorca01 Wow what
I will be honest, I am a Paladin mostly cause I just like lots of hp, idc if it’s cool or not, and I like magic too.
Savant mains are going it for the long term investment, when they get their 2nd awakening its boutta be crazy
and radiator since you havent read the trello 2nd awakening for savant will allow them to be a warlock, warlord and conjurer (imbuing magic and fighting styles into weapons, and magic into fighting styles)
Fr
Basically Savant is one of the trashiest classes... Until 2nd awakening comes out.
I have my Lightning Tank Savant waiting.
Plasma cannon fist goes a little crazy not gonna lie. Also please don’t use ash against me I got a dollar tree setup man.
Bro I went into this game completely blind only being a world of magic player for about a month, and once I got to max level I have the most scuffed and conflicting stats and I messed up my awakening so badly because of it now I do as much damage as a wet pool noodle
I went into this game completely blind not knowing it existed until it dropped
My first build was savant because I didn’t know stat points existed B)
I didn’t know either and I used stat reset and ended up making 5 of my 6 slots conjurers
With Savant you missed the- "I'm waiting for them to Increase the Level Cap" person....That is me on my first save
love when i go in the description and see the "what is deepwoken" copypasta on an ao video 😭

My third file, cannonfist with explosions: I'm doing this for the meme....
Guh…
Why berserker? Because with your awakening move and thermo and or iron leg you end up doing around 145-175 damage on your basic crash with no embodiment. With thermo your m1 dps goes really high and with the right gear can get you over 1k dps
Mid
I use a Savant stat build; 42 Vitality, 124 Magic, 42 Strength & 42 Weapons. I'll admit it was my first slot but it honestly works really well in the end and I say that despite using Conjurer and Warlock stat builds on my other slots.

A max intensity build gives you 1000 hp with defensive aura, you can get as tanky as a warden going mage.
This comment was made by a intensity enjoyer.
guh...
2:30, nah it’s understandable, I grinded out calvus gear and all bursting stuff for 200 attack size stat just for it to do nothing
As berserker I can say that it is kinda fun to use, I really hate magic and other things like this so berserker is one of best choices
Skull
Ye i was bout to say this like its super underrated its definitely the best pve class cause u can just stand still and kill pretty much anything with ease other than king calvus
Thermo fist m1 speed do be going crazy tho
I see a lot of people complaining about Calvus in this comment section. IMO, if you have level 90 iron armor and a level 70 Vermillion bracelet (Iris drop), you are prepared to fight Calvus if you are willing to fight him until you have enough skill to beat him. Just block or parry anything too difficult to dodge and attack him ASAP when he charges his pillar explosion so it does less damage and has less size (which makes it easier to dodge, especially if you dash IMMEDIATELY after your attack hits.) Also, it’s easier to fight Calvus if you avoid his close range attacks.
I know this is your opinion video but i fought some berserker and they were doing like 300 per skill and those skills are fast
I ended up bringing them to the arena and we fought, but you know I’m a mage build and I love to spam Q and beam but seriously I just play it cause i like it

i love how much its changed with water paladin being one of the op builds
Pulsar is so fun I love getting one shotted on my max level due to a single move

My only complaint about this game is how much of a lag it causes whenever I blast my attacks or when my enemy blast theirs. I couldn't even combo when every single move I do is gonna cost me -21fps.

Same with Knight lmao. I have 2.5k health and good damage, it's dominant in PVP.

I see so many people with this build and my only question is why would you ever go full strength that’s basically the same as going full vitality seems pretty useless
3:14 because i want to get in a skyship and rain attacks on clan wars in palo town or something
6:07
thats exactly what i want, to be different, i dont want to play meta and dominate the server, i just want to have fun using my own gimmick
take Bee Swarm Simulator for example, there the most 'meta' way to get currency is to have a blue hive made of blue bees only, because for some reason white and red are trash, i dont do that there, i have a bee of every color and every 'type/species' so that everyone is different and not the same, its my own decision, and im glad i can choose that decision, because being the same is boring no matter how much you get to rule the world with it
being the same with everyone is boring, thats why some people choose to be Savant build while its clearly not fleshed out yet and still needs a rework, they just want to have fun
thank you for coming to my ted talk, and have a nice day!
Welp, that talk with wardens is likely outdated now thanks to the new eagle patrimony given to players now
Tbh personally I feel like conjured is meta but your build has a big effect on your gameplay if you have bad armour and accessories you won’t probably make it far.
Paladin:
1. A light paladin in the navy brining down justice on criminals
2. Funny slow magic user like metal earth crystal or magma where you want more health to tank warlock etc
berserker fighting bosses is literally so painful, low level bosses become way more challenging since your only high range move is unlocked at 120 strength, meaning that the entirety of the lord elius boss battle is being ran away from and being hit by huge aoes
it requires a chunk of gear to pick up pace, finally becoming pretty nice at level 125 with some power
would not recommend trying to kill bosses without lots and lots of practice beforehand
i would recommend warrior for lord elius and then switch to beserker, that's what i did
i miss the pure destruction you could do in world of magic i remember going pure villian cus it was so much fun popping into the newspaper {insert city name here} has just been destroyed by {insert character name here} everytime and i still find arcane oddysy fun even though they took that out
I come 9 months late to give my insights as a main file Paladin after i saw your video and i said "yeah- i want that"
Magics i went with: Metal / Magma (kinda connected to your magic stereotype video but hell the combo has been a godsend for this build)
Stats: 150 magic and 100 Vit
Reflex Dodge: Vitality exclusive one (50% dmg resistance during the dodge)
Current possible max HP: 4.1k with aura
Armor: Argos set + def necklace/amulet
It has been a blast just being a tanky menace in each situation and the magma + metal has been a really good way to keep DMG rolling. most people see how much HP you have and either say "fuck this" or their ego feels challenged. Most of the time you'll just outlast their damage with the bleeding or melting from Metal/Magma
It does have its shortcomings being weak against the Agility meta thats going on rn but other than that, it has been a blast
Met a lot of people who were just stunned i could live their most powerful combos
With the recent release of the roadmap for this year, when Spirit weapons come... We. Shall. Rise.
anyways love ya videos, bye
as a mage, i dont attack people unless they attack me, and i only use my blast or pulsar when im grinding sealed chests from pirate ships, because im grinding for arcanium cannons.
So paladin stereotypes, for me at least, are just player who want to be as useful as they can for other
Basically you like to be a tank support.
Actually... That is nice. I appreciate your kindness.
Thanksyou! ^^
i'm so sorry and sad i didn't see your comment earlier ;_;@@mdeleon9481
Reason for playing berserker: I like pain when funny, I like being absolutely stupid, and it’s what I did in world of magic
Theres 3 types of Conjurers
1. cant aim attacks
2. Can aim attacks
3. That one guy who uses magic leap-dodge reflex-ranged attack combo who is like a freaking speedster
savant is either
underpowered (too weak to get any 'real good' benefits from spending stats equally)
or
jack of all trades (getting SOME of all the buffs so youre prepared for almost every enemy)
Warrior can be good if you get defense based armor and intensity accessories, along with rare weapons such as scimitars of storm

Personally, i only chose warlock because its the only mage build i could think of that wasnt mage or conjurer. I later found out crystal warlock is somewhat practical.
This had to be inspiried by that one ginger soldier main who loves rocketjumping, the music and the layout of the video gave it away
No it isn’t
I picked berserker cause it was my first time playing the game and I didn't really know what i was doing, i decided to keep it because it gives a unique feel to the game and though I may not be able to do pvp due to it being god awful, I still find it fun
Respect from a berserker main
While playing on my first save, my friend constantly went "don't go savant it sucks" and so just to spite them I went savant, awakened and then with 100 S - 100 W to disguise as a warlock too, i'm waiting for him to still find out I'm actually a savant with my extra vitality and weapon points, I enjoy being able to use wood + fire now.

Reaconteur at 1:00 :- possibly the worst build me
Me who uses it be like:- sweating so much that I created an ocean
I made a Berseker build simply because the idea of punching a powerful wizard to death Baki style is appealing to me.
The stereotype for paladin is you LOVE INTENSITE… I LOVE INTENSITE
Paladins, at least to me, seem to be more PvE type players. They are able to tank more hits from bosses and rival npcs, if you only do npc bounty hunting like me. It can make up for having a magic type that is generally weaker, such as my light magic, and allows players to get out of a sticky situation if one of the PvP players comes along. It's not strong whatsoever as of right now, but it can come in handy in some situations such as in an ambush.
Just wait until spirit weapons
Since i really like weapons, i spended half of points into weapon stat, and because im not that good at pvp, i spended another half of points into vitality, so i ended up with knight. Must be honest, weapons sucks for now, they dont have that much damage and have small AoE at most, but i really happy with that build.
as the only 4 paladins main in the game, I can confirmed that we love fighting king calvus for 2 hours only to get destroyed during the second phase
I use berserker out of spite, you are given a weapon and magic at the start and I decided to punch people
I came into the game without playing the others either.
NO NO NO NO NO NOT THE SOUNDSMITH STEROTYPES MUSIC, ANYTHING BUT THAT!!
3:51 because i get to spam WADQ WWQ and--
