🙌 We cannot follow Yeshua by breaking the laws He kept. The reason Yeshua’s Walk is beautiful, is because He kept the laws and He is our example. 🕊️

Once again Monte, sound teaching from the scriptures. How can you get away from the verses in Acts that talk of going in to the synagogue on the Sabbath day and hear Moses preached? Even Moses said, that God would raise up a prophet from among them like unto him, Moses.

Sir, I still struggle with going to Synagogue AND resting. I go by the name Ketuba but that is my screen name. I am a partner in your ministry and receive the Zadok calendar and monthly mag. As the wife I have a lot of responsibilities before getting to the Synagogue. Breakfast, pack a lunch, feed the dogs, shower. And I am not resting at the Synagogue. I am sitting in a pew for 3-4 hours, watching the dancing, listening to the singing, listening to the men and women take turns reading the Scripture, then a short teaching from the Rabbi, then lunch, then more Torah study. Get home about 4:00pm. And I have not rested. I found myself growing angry so we stopped going altogether. I wonder if there are other wives who feel the same.
I would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you. Toda reba.

You will learn much more in my opinion from Monte's teachings than you would in a Messianic synagogue. He has many teaching series for you to choose from including the weekly Torah portions. Since you have expressed how you feel and it is not bringing joy to you I would suggest you create a structured Shabbat study time where you can also rest and enjoy the Shabbat. Try to find fellowship in your area and attend the synagogue as you are led.

Dear Monty, as an Israeli Jew that knows Yeshua is the Mashiach of Israel, salvation for all, please know that I am not a Christian. Acts 11:26 refers to Greek Gentiles, they are disciples of Paul .. Paul did not get a new nomenclature -- they still called him a Jew.

Not only Peter’s saying Paul was difficult to understand, but there were Judaizers that simply hated Paul. They hated the message that Jesus came and died for sin and rose again and gentiles were to be included. Perhaps that is part of the problem. What did Paul teach in the very beginning of his ministry, was it simply that he had opposed Christ and killed
    people?
I’ve noticed, for example, in the book of revelation, the churches mentioned were all Pauline churches. It did not include the church in Rome or the church in Jerusalem was the person who wrote the book of revelation a hater of Paul? There’s much more that should be noticed because there’s deception and I do want to be very careful. Thank you for teaching.

"Thus says the Lord your God to the House of Israel!"
    PWT 30-1
1 When all these words of blessing and cursing which I have spoken to you shall come true for you, if you consider them in your heart among all the nations to which the Lord your God will drive you,
2 If you return to the LORD your God, and obey his voice in all that I command you today, you and your sons with all your heart and with all your soul:
3 And the LORD your God will turn away your exile and will have compassion on you. He will gather you again from all the nations where the Lord your God has scattered you.
4 Though your exiles be in the uttermost parts of heaven, the LORD your God will gather you from there, and from there he will take you.
5 The LORD your God will bring you back to the land that your fathers possessed, to regain it; it will make you happy and multiply you more than your ancestors.
    PWT 30-19
19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you this day, having set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. Therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live,
20 loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice, clinging to him; for this is your life, and your long stay in the land which the LORD swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
    1 Thessalonians 5-19
19 Do not quench the Spirit,
20 Do not disregard the prophecy!
21 Test everything, and hold fast what is good.
22 Avoid everything that has even the appearance of evil.
15 If you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God and carefully obey all the commandments and laws that I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and afflict you.
16 Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.
17 Cursed is your basket and your bowl.
18 Cursed is the fruit of your womb, the fruit of your field, the growth of your larger cattle, and the offspring of your smaller cattle.
19 Cursed will be your coming in and your going out.
20 The Lord will bring upon you a curse and confusion and a stumbling block in everything you put your hand to do. You will be crushed and perish suddenly by your perverse deeds, because you have abandoned Me.
21 The LORD will cause pestilence to cling to you, until he destroys you in the land which you are going to possess.
22 The LORD will smite you with wasting, with fever, with inflammation, with scorching, with death by the sword, with the heat of the corn, and with heat, and they will persecute you until you die.
23 The heavens above your head will be bronze, and the earth beneath you will be iron.
24 Instead of rain, the Lord will send dust and sand on your land; it will rain down on you from heaven until it consumes you.
25 The Lord will cause you to suffer defeat from your enemies. You will go against them in one way and flee from them in seven ways, and you will be a terror in all the kingdoms of the earth.
26 Your carcass will be food for all the birds of the air and the animals of the land, and no one will drive them away.
27 The LORD will strike you with Egyptian boils, hemorrhoids, scabies, and scabs that you will not be able to cure.
28 The Lord will strike you with madness, blindness, and trouble of heart.
29 At noon you will grope, as a blind man gropes in the dark, and you will not prosper in your endeavors. You will constantly be attacked and robbed, and no one will save you.
30 You shall be engaged to a woman, and another man shall possess her; you will build a house, but you will not live in it; you plant a vineyard and do not reap its fruit.
31 Your ox shall be slaughtered before your eyes, and you shall not eat it. Your donkey will be stolen from you and it will not return to you; your sheep will be handed over to your enemies, and there will be no one to help you.
32 Your sons and daughters will be given to a foreign nation. Looking after them every day with longing will wear out your eyes and your hand will become powerless.
33 The fruit of your field and all your labor will be eaten by a people you do not know. You will always be oppressed and oppressed.
34 You will become mad at the sight that will appear before your eyes.
35 The Lord will smite you with malicious sores on your knees and feet, and you will not be able to heal them; They will stretch from the foot to the top of the head.
36 The LORD will bring you and the king you choose to a nation unknown to you or your ancestors. There you will serve strange gods of wood and stone.
37 You will be a terror, a proverb, and a reproach among all the nations where the Lord will take you.
38 You shall bring forth much seed into your fields, but gather little, for the locusts shall eat it.
39 You shall plant and cultivate a vineyard, but you shall not drink the wine, nor shall you reap anything, for the worms shall eat it all.
40 You shall have olive trees in all your borders, but you shall not anoint yourself with oil, because the olive trees will fall off.
41 You will bring forth sons and daughters, and they will not remain with you, for they will go into captivity.
42 All trees and crops will be eaten by insects.
43 The stranger who dwells among you will rise higher and higher, and you will descend lower and lower.
44 He will lend to you, but you will not lend to him. He will be ahead and you will be left behind.
45 All these curses will come upon you, they will pursue you and overtake you,
    Son of Man !

    2 Corinthians 10-12
12 For we have not courage to compare ourselves or to set ourselves apart with those who praise themselves; they do not show great judgment when they measure themselves by their own person and compare themselves with themselves.
13 We will not exalt ourselves beyond measure, but we will measure ourselves according to the limits that God has set for us, reaching down to you.
14 For we do not exceed [just] measure, like those who have not yet reached you; after all, we have come to you with the Gospel of Christ.
15 We do not boast excessively at the expense of other people's labors.* However, we hope that as your faith grows, we will also grow according to our measure,
16 taking the gospel beyond your borders, and not boasting about what has already been done by others.
17 Let him who boasts boast in the Lord.
18 For he who boasts of himself is not approved, but he whom the Lord approves.
    2 Corinthians 11-1
1 Oh, if you could endure a little madness on my part! Yes, you put up with me too!
2 For I am jealous for you with a divine jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, to present you as a pure virgin to Christ.
3 But I am afraid that your minds may not be led away from simplicity and purity towards Christ, as the serpent in his cunning deceived Eve.
4 For if someone comes and preaches to you another Jesus, whom we have not preached to you, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or a different Gospel than the one you received, bear it calmly.
5 Well, I believe that I have done no less than "the great apostles."
6 For though I am unskilled in words, I am not without knowledge. Moreover, We have revealed ourselves to you in everything, in every respect.
7 Have I committed any sin in humiliating myself in order to exalt you? that I preached the Gospel of God to you freely?
8 I stripped away the other churches, taking the necessities of life to help you.
9 And when I was with you and had need, I was not a burden to anyone. What I lacked was provided by brothers who came from Macedonia*. I have not burdened you with anything and I will not burden you with anything.
10 I assure you, by the truth of Christ that is in me, that no one will deprive me of this cause of boasting within the borders of Achaia.
11 Why? Is it because I do not love you?* God knows this.
12 And what I do, I will do, and will continue to do, so that they who seek it may not have an opportunity to boast; that they may be like us in the things in which they boast.
13 These false apostles are deceitful workers, pretending to be apostles of Christ.
14 And no wonder. Satan himself pretends to be an angel of light.
15 It is no great thing that his servants also pretend to be righteous. But they will end according to their deeds.
16 Again I say, let no one think me mad; but if so, accept me as a madman, so that I too may boast a little.
17 What I am about to say, I will not speak according to the Lord, but as if in madness, having a pretense to boast.
18 Because many boast according to the flesh, I will also boast.
19 For you willingly suffer fools, being wise yourselves.
20 You suffer from being taken captive, from being eaten, from being exploited, from being looked down upon, from being beaten.
21 I say this to your shame, as if to show my weakness in this respect. If others muster courage - I speak like crazy - then I dare too.
    Son of Man!

    Beloved!
    Philippians 2:5-6
"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who was in the form of God, not desiring to be equal with God."
    Acts 10:34-48
    34 Peter put forth his mouth and said, Truly I perceive that God hath no reason against persons;
35 But in every nation he who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.
    36 As for the word which he sent to the children of Israel, announcing peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all;
    37 The Exodus which took place in all Judea, the going forth from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who works to do good and heal all those possessed by the devil, because God was with him.
39 And we are witnesses of all that he did in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem. They killed him and hung him on a tree.
    40 God also raised him up from the dead when he appeared;
41 Not to all the people, but to witnesses chosen by God beforehand, to us who ate and drank with him after his resurrection.
42 And he commanded us to preach to the people and testify that he is the judge of the living and the dead, ordained by God.
43 To this all the prophets bear witness, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive an answer for their sins.
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit was moving on all who heard the word.
45 And the circumcisers who came with Peter marveled that the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out also on the Gentiles.
46 They heard them understanding tongues and praising God. Peter's depth is:
47 Can anyone withhold water, so that they may be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit as we have?
48 I ordered them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. And they asked me to go and stay with them for a few days.
    Mark 3-35
35 Whoever can fulfill God is my brother, my sister, and my person.
    PS 119-1
    The perfection of God's law
1 Blessed are those whose path is blameless,
who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 Blessed are they who have set aside their reproofs,
    Completely interrupted,
    3 who do no iniquity,
but they walk in his ways.
4 You gave yours to yours,
    they were diligently observed.
    5 My ways were existing
    in keeping Your statutes!
    6 wretched shame,
when I heed all Your commandments.
7 I want to thank you with a sincere heart,
when I learn the judgments of Your justice.
8 I will keep Your statutes:
    never leave me!

" WOE TO YOU, HYPOTHERS, PHARISEES, TRIBE OF VIPERS, how can you escape damnation in hell like you lie!!! "
"Jesus Christ did not answer that he was the King of the Jews, but that he was a king, THE APOSTLES LYED ON THE DAY OF THE CRUCIFICACY to write that JESUS himself said so, lying to make people believe the lie!"
    J18,33-38 Interrogation*
33 Then Pilate entered again into the praetorium, and called Jesus, and said to him, "Are you the King of the Jews?" 34 Jesus answered, “Are you saying this on your own, or have others told you about me?”
35 Pilate replied, “Am I a Jew? Your nation and the chief priests handed you over to me. Has he done something? »
36 Jesus answered: “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would fight so that I would not be handed over to the Jews. But now my kingdom is not from here."
37 So Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Jesus replied: 'Yes, I am a king. For this I was born and for this I came into the world, to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.
38 Pilate said to him, "What is truth?" Having said this, he went out again to the Jews and said to them, "I find no fault in him.
Jn 19-21 Way of the Cross
21 The high priests of the Jews said to Pilate, "Do not write, 'The King of the Jews,' but that he said, 'I am the King of the Jews.'
MT 23-13 Woe to the hypocrites!
13 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men. You yourselves do not enter in, nor do you allow those who come to him to enter.
15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for you go through sea and land to gain one fellow believer. And when he becomes one, you make him twice as guilty of hell as yourselves.
16 Woe to you, blind guides, who say, Whoever swears by the tabernacle means nothing; but whoever swears by the gold of the tabernacle is bound by the oath.
17 Fool and blind! For what is more important, the gold or the tabernacle that sanctifies the gold?
18 Further: Whoever swears by the altar means nothing; but whoever swears by the offering that is on him is bound by the oath.
19 Blind! For what is more important, the sacrifice or the altar that sanctifies the sacrifice?
20 Whoever therefore swears by the altar, swears by it and by everything that is on it.
21 And whoever swears by the tabernacle, swears by it and by Him who dwells in it.
22 And whoever swears by heaven swears by the throne of God and by Him who sits on it.
23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint, dill, and cumin, but you ignore the weightier things of the law: justice, mercy, and faith. This was what had to be done and not the other.
24 You blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel!
25 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you keep the outside of the cup and dish clean, but inside they are full of extortion and incontinence.
26 You blind Pharisee! Clean the inside of the cup first so that the outside becomes clean as well.
27 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whited sepulchres, which look beautiful on the outside, but on the inside they are full of dead men's bones and all kinds of filth.
28 So you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
29 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you build the tombs of the prophets and decorate the tombs of the righteous,
30 and you say, “If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have been their partners in the murder of the prophets.”
31 By this you yourselves admit that you are descendants of those who murdered the prophets! 32 Complete the measure of your fathers!
33 Ye serpents, brood of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34 Therefore, behold, I am sending you prophets, wise men, and scribes. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will scourge in your synagogues and drive from city to city.
35 So shall be upon you all the innocent blood shed on the earth, from the blood of the righteous Abel even to the blood of Zechariah the son of Barachiah, whom you murdered between the tabernacle and the altar.
36 Truly, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation.
    J 8-4545
45 But because I speak the truth, you do not believe me.
46 Who among you proves my sin? If I speak the truth, why do you not believe Me?
47 He who is from God hears the words of God. You do not listen because you are not from God."

Here's Paul being a fork tongued hypocrite/actor , speaking from both sides of his mouth :
    1 Corinthians 9:20
20)"And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;"
    Romans 2:13
13)“For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.”
    Romans 7:12
12)"Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good."
    1 Corinthians 9:21
    (21) "To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law."
    Galatians 3:11
(11)"But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith."
    Galatians 3:23-25
23)"But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24)Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25)But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster(The Law)"
    1 Corinthians 9:22
22)"To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I AM MADE ALL THINGS TO ALL MEN , that I might by all means save some".
Ever wondered why Paul was always ranting about not getting letters of recommendation ??? :
    Paul's Letters of Commendation
So why is Paul repeatedly talking about commendation ??? Why is he defending himself for not having proper letters of commendation ? If he was a true Apostle , why wouldn't he be given letters of commendation to preach Yeshua's Gospel ??? :
    2 Corinthians 3:1-3 KJV
3)"Do we begin again to COMMEND ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of COMMENDATION to you , or letters of COMMENDATION from you?
2)Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:
3)Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart."
    2 Corinthians 5:12 KJV
12)"For we COMMEND not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart."
    2 Corinthians 10:12 KJV
12)"For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that COMMEND themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise."
    2 Corinthians 10:18 KJV
18)For not he that COMMENDETH himself is approved, but whom the Lord COMMENDETH."
    2 Corinthians 12:11-13 KJV
11)I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been COMMENDED of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing.
12)Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. -of course Yeshua said to beware of signs & wonders-
13)For what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except it be that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong."
Well we're going to learn how the process of commendations work and why Paul wasn't given commendations and what that would mean in regards to Paul's "apostleship"
Clementine Homilies Book 4 Chapter 35 False Apostles
"Wherefore observe the greatest caution, that you believe no teacher, unless he bring from Jerusalem the testimonial of James the Lord's brother, or of whosoever may come after him. For no one, unless he has gone up there, and there has been approved as a fit and faithful teacher for preaching the word of Christ - unless, I say, he brings a testimonial thence, is by any means to be received. But let neither prophet nor apostle be looked for by you at this time, besides us. For there is one true Prophet, whose words we twelve apostles preach; for He is the accepted year of God, having us apostles as His twelve months. But for what reason the world itself was made, or what diversities have occurred in it, and why our Lord, coming for its restoration, has chosen and sent us twelve apostles, shall be explained more at length at another time. Meantime He has commanded us to go forth to preach, and to invite you to the supper of the heavenly King, which the Father has prepared for the marriage of His Son, and that we should give you wedding garments, that is, the grace of baptism; which whosoever obtains, as a spotless robe with which he is to enter to the supper of the King, ought to beware that it be not in any part of it stained with sin, and so he be rejected as unworthy and reprobate."
