The master fork (Perfare's) is an archive as of Jan 21 (no longer being updated or open to contribution), Aelurum's AssetStudioMod supports 2023.2 (according to the readme) so it may work for you, or there could be another release to support 2023.3 at a later date if it doesn't work.
