Your only argument would be you can’t see out the front glass cause it’s frozen and you NEED to water for the defrost to work.

Love the vid but I gotta question. Im 16 and 6'5 -6'6 weighing in at around 235 ish. Im skinny-fat rn and wanting to become more define. I got a different body shape then most people. Im a wide built person but i cant seem to get big or grow and i got huge ass natural legs and want them to match my upper body either becoming more define or smaller. I also cant really bulk bc im in my basketball season time. Do you have any tips? I watch Sam Sulek,Alex Eubank,Shizzy,and people like you all the time but idk what workout + reps suits my body type.Any help i would thank you alot! W vids pumping out. Keep up the work!
Just my personal opinion take it or leave it but what I would do if I were in your situation is just focus on eating enough protein, eat in a slight caloric surplus, and hit the iron hard but also get enough rest, it will take a while but over time you will fill out your frame to the point where you’ll be able to do a full on cut and that’s where the definition will come into play, it’s hard to give advice without seeing what you actually look like but I was skinny fat and I sent a hard dirty bulk, I did put on a lot of muscle but it’s taking a long time to lose all the extra body fat, if I could go back I would have done a lean bulk instead so I wouldn’t have to be on a cut for so long, but with you being so young and active with basketball you should be able to just eat hit the iron and grow, as long as you do it smartly
