Here in Portugal it's the same. There are so few of us on the roads that when we pass by another biker it's a celebration of arms, hands and legs waving. :D I also always greet police bikers and they always greet back. I guess it's kind of a cultural thing.
I swear most Moto-Vloggers go to Ace Cafe at the wrong times... always empty. But I always go there at the right times when it's full and get all the good shots ;) lol

I think we had SO19, the numbers on the end indicated what unit they were in the Police Special Operations Division, and i think they arm themselves with hand firearms, assault rifles, sniper rifles, pea shooters, sling shots, and a baseball bat. The big toys are left to the military :)

I'm a bus driver and a biker in Edinburgh and I see a lot of interesting stuff aswell especially at 5.50..lol...wish the roads where as smooth as London's though... love all the videos.

All the main roads, which RJ rides on by the looks of it are well salted and gritted in the morning not to mention the constant use of them by cars keeps them from getting icy

***** not true at all. Our armed police use mainly the MP5 and Glock 17 (sometimes the G36). The Army use the l85A2 as their primary weapon.
