    What about dark floor malted? It’s equivalent to Munich malt?

    When I got my first sack of the floored Bo Pils I made a SMASH and that beer blew my mind. Thanks for nurturing my German genes over here in the States!

      Hi Lisa,
      all of our base malts are nicely modified so that you can use isothermal mashing as well.
