In that event the cars were mostly from Puerto Rico thats why the announcements were made in spanish/english (I was there) but in this video you only hear the spanish "version" haha. Most of the people there fly from PR just to see them. Also, the person making the announcements in spanish is the one that makes them in the Salinas Speedway in PR, a known voice for puertoricans.
