I don't get that in a game with Scatter arrows, 2 Junkrat mines, Tracer's recall and d.Va's defence matrix people think that McCree's right click is a big problem.
It's not that annoying it gets the job done

misal patel clicking left-click to heal someone is as skillful as clicking right click to kill someone. And no, im not a mercy main.
Except positioning. You are not putting yourself in danger when you are holding left click but when right clicking with McCree you are. Also, you are utilizing one of your abilities (Stun) so that you can actually right click. With Mercy, you are just holding LMB.
Additionally, you need to successfully stun someone to right click them(except tanks). With Mercy, you just hold LMB. While it is not skillful to RMB, it is definitely more skillful than entire Mercy playstyle.

a body shot and a headshot does more damage than all 6 bullets from fan
it's terrible and you shouldn't use it, it's the most basic "crutch" skill in the game, bad ability that only noobs use

Probably because at high level it's inefficient when you can get that much damage with 2 bullets and have 4 to spare and not have to reload right after

You missed the opportunity to write McRightClicker Murdering Mercy Mains
He should bind that and simply press it every time someone gets remotely salty about being rightclicked. Regardless of which hero they play. Practice an hour a day, develop muscle memory, practice immediate reaction, never miss a single press of that button. So when you rightclick someone and you see any kind of retort, make sure they get the answer immediately, as if they were communicating with a DOS console.

I haven't played Overwatch since the last large Mercy nerf. Can anyone tell me if she's still a viable character in comp matches? I heard she's slower in Valkyrie and only gets one res now, and even during her ult there's a cast time.

"Mccree's ult is a one shot" yeah but it requires the bullet a clear path to the enemy and it has to load. Every character with shields can stop the ult, Genji with his deflect, Sombra with hack, Tracer can blink to you and kill you since you are stationary, you glow, and you announce the shit to the world. Sound Barrier can stop it too. Why complain that Mccree's ult is a one shot when the game makes sure that there are tons of things to consider before using it.

Playing OW the other night, feeling like expanding my hero pool, go with McCree. First game, gold elims, gold objective kills, both achievements unlocked, POTG. As McCree would say...."Easy." I mean, I'm still basically trash but he's fun to play as.
