ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!! Why this video is very, very well done: The ABSENCE of any (NOISY) music - thank goodness, no jingles, esp. the sudden noisy blast at the very beginning of some so-called lecture videos on RUclips...that can cause "sudden deafness" to the unsuspecting viewer/listener, who often is wearing headphones.... Furthermore, of course, the lecture itself is so very clearly explained, as if the explications were for the consumption of young schoolchildren. Every single item is very clearly explained and then later further elaborated so there's no room for any confusion or miscomprehension....

Well done, clear voice, get to the point and easy to understand. No jingles, sudden laughter..., thank goodness.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. It means a lot! This is one of the most confusing topics in contracts; not anymore.

I learned a lot about contracts. Thank you! my question is: is a mortgage loan contract a public or private contract? There are two clauses that I don't understand: the bank can give my debit to third parties, but in another clause it forbids me to hand over my debit to another third party

The "tramp" case; "if" was the term that constitutes "bargained-for exchange"? So if the man giving the coat said," I'll give you a coat if you go to the store and get it"; then that should qualify it?

How is the forgiveness of the debt not a "bargained-for exchange"?

when I sign the sales contract for the purchase of a movable asset (house), is the contract between the buyer and the seller or is the bank also involved (third party - mortgage lender)? Thank you and I hope to clarify this misunderstanding of the terms
