the thing that annoys me the most in league is that a handful of champs. including Renekton, are effectively pro-play locked. There really shouldn't be a single champ that is balanced more so for pro-play than the gamebase proper. Hopefully, the new fearless draft will help out with this.
Do all junglers need to be proactive? I imagine a Morgana jungler falls under the Master Yi, Karthus etc type of jungler who just farms and farms until they outscale everyone. There's not much she can do otherwise. She's not a ganky type of jungler like Zac or Lee Sin.
